- Wash your face at least three to four times a day. Try to remove all the dust and debris from it. Also do wash your face before sleeping so that all dust is removed and pores are open and they get fresh air, which is also very important for skin glow.
- You can use either raw milk or cleansing milk for your face wash. This will also not make your skin dry. Try to use Luke warm water for cleaning. Never rub or scrub your face hardly, it may leads to spots or marks.
- Leave your skin to relax for a minute or two. Do not directly apply moisturizing cream. The cream is available in the market according to skin type. Use moisturizer for oily skin in a very little amount. It is just a rumor said that oily skin doesn’t need any moisturizer or cream to apply on. It needs proper moisturizer to avoid aging, wrinkles or any spots. Applying a thin layer of honey before you go to sleep at night and then wash it with Luke warm water will tighten up your skin. It will soften your skin and remove dullness. Try using this simple remedy for a month and you will have clear and smooth skin.
- If there are lots of pimples or acme seen, consult skin specialist. Get hormonal check up done to resolve the problem. Do not ever rub the pimples; in fact try avoiding them as they may lead to spots and marks after sometime and which may take time to remove. Do not apply make up regularly, wash it properly after some times.
- Have a balanced diet and exercise regularly for healthy skin.
