8) Agar aap khane ke saath anya koi paiy padarth jese cold drink ya dudh lete hai to yeh aapke pachan shakti ke liye htik nahi hai. Kyuki khana khane ke saath yeh paiy padarth bhi kuch hadd tak wesa hi kaam karte hai jesa ki pani.
