Sinhasan – Sher Ki Tarah Chehra

Iss aasan ko karne ke liye sabse pehle apne muh ko khole aur apni jeebh ko puri takat se bahar nikale.  Sath hi sath apni aankho ko bhi puri tarah se taan kar rakhe jaisa sher kiya karta hai. Ab muh mai hava bhar kar use dabaye aur daaye aur baaye ghumaye.

Aankho Ka Yog

Apni aankho ke sahare bhi chehre ko khubsoorat banaya ja sakta hai. Ise karne ke liye aankho ki putliyo ko baaye aur daaye taraf kam se kam 30-30 second tak ghumaye. Fir gol-gol ghumaye aur fir upar aur niche taraf eye ball ko ghumaye.

Iske alava apne haatho ki teen ungaliyo ko aankho ke niche rakhkar aur bina koi jor lagaye inse apni aankho ko niche ki taraf khiche. Ise karte samay apni palko ko band karne ki koshis kare. Aesa rojana karne se aankho ke niche aane wali sujan aur jhurriya dur ho jati hai.

Jeebh Mudra

Iss mudra ko karne ke liye jeebh ko apni suvidhanusar bahar ki taraf 30 second tak kaskar bahar ki taraf khiche. Ise rojana karne se aankho se judi kai pareshaniya thik ho jati hai aur aankho ko aaram milta hai.

Balloon Pose Aasan

Balloon pose aasan mai apne muh mai hava bhar par iss aasan ko kiya jata hai. Aesa karne ke liye apne muh mai 10 second tak hawa bhare aur saans ko rokkar rakhe. Iss avastha mai kuch der tak rahe aur hawa ko muh ke andar idhar udhar karne ki koshis kare. Aesa kam se kam 5 bar jarur kare. Iss yog ko karne se hamare chehre ki twacha mai kasav aata hai.

Ise karne se aur nimn fayde hote hai.

  1. Rojana iss yog ko karne se hamare chehre par jami atirikt charbi kam hoti hai.
  2. Chehre par se muhaso ki samasya kam ho jati hai.
  3. Chehre par khun ka sanchran sahi tarike se hone lagta hai.
  4. Sath hi sath yeh hamare jabde ki haddi ko majbut karne ka kam bhi karta hai.

 

Face Yoga in Hindi: Inn Yogasano Ko Bhi Apnaye

  1. Sabse pehle apne muh se lambi saans khinche aur 1 minute ke liye andar ki taraf rok kar rakhe. Iske baad hava ko dhire-dhire naak se bahar nikal de. Aesa kam se kam 5 bar kare.
  2. Seedha khada hokar apne pairo ko ek feet ki duri mai rakhkar faila de. Ab apne chehre ko hatheliyo se dhak de aur 10 minute bad gehri saans le. Iske bad chehre, aankh aur mathe ko 2 se 3 minute tak ungaliyo se ragde. Fir apni twacha ko unn jangho par halke haatho se ragde aur gehri saans le. Aesa rojana karne se aapko accha labh milega.
