Sardi ne dastak de di hai, thand ne paav pasarne shuru kar diye hai aur market mai sabjiyo ki nayi-nayi varities aa gayi hai. Sardi logo ki sabse pasandida mousam hota hai kyuki isme sabjiya aur masaledar khane ko khub milta hai. Yeh ek mousam hai jab kitna bhi kha lo mann karta hai- khaye jao, khaye jao. Chai ke alawa koi anya padarth shayad hi koi pina pasand karte hai.

Yahi ek mousam hai jisme logo ka vajan kafi badh jata hai. Sardi mai khane ke shokino ke khane ka shok aur jyada badh jata hai. Janiye Sardiyo Mai Inn Aahar ka Sevan Aapke Sharir ke Liye Faydemand Hai ya Nuksaandayak

Aaiye ek ek karke jante hai konse aahar aapke liye faydemand hai aur kon se aahar aapko sardiyo mai nahi khana chahiye:

Nuts:-

Nuts sabse jyada poshak tatvo se bharpur bhojan hai. Bazar mai anek prakar ke nuts uplabdh hai. Sardiyo ke akhrot, mungfali aur badam aapke sharir mai vitamin, fiber aur garmi pradan karne ke liye faydemand hai. Lekin inki adhikta se sharir mai fat ki adhikta hone lagti hai jo kamar ke bhaag mai ikkathi honi shuru hoti hai.

Low Carbohydrate:-

Apple, aam, anjeer, angur aadi low carbohydrate foo hai jiske sevan se sharir ko jaruri poshan milta hi saath hi yeh sharir mai carbohydrate ki matra ko kewal pura karte hai unki adhikta nahi karte. Aam aur anjeer to sharir ko garm bhi rakhne mai madad karte hai.

Juice Adharait Vrat:-

Kai baar log sardi mai vajan badh jane ke karan dieting karne lagte hai ya juice par adharit vrat karna shuru kar dete hai. Aise mai unhe jaruri protein aur fat nahi mil pate hai jo sharir ke liye faydemand hote hai.

Soup:-

Sardiyo mai soup pina kafi faydemand hota hai. Sabjiyo ka soup pine se sharir ko sare protein aur poshak-tatva mil jate hai saath hi garm-garm soup sharir ko garmahat bhi deti hai. Tamatar ka soup sharir ke liye kafi faydemand hota hai.

Calorie Yukt Bhojan:-

Thand mai kam calorie lena healthy hai. Kyuki sharir ko rojana kuch calorie ki jarurat hoti hai jo sharir ki urja ki kami ko pura karti hai. Wahi kai log calorie lena bilkul band kar deta hai jo sharir ke liye bahut hi nuksaandayak hota hai.

Inn sab aahar ko dhyan mai rakhkar aap sardiyo ke dino mai inka sevan kar sakte hai. Yeh sab aahar aapke sharir ko koi hani nahi pahuchayege balki yeh to aapke sharir ko swasth rakhege jisse aap thand ke dino ko maje se bita sakege.
