  • Pudina aur dhaniya ke patte – aadha cup
  • 2 nimbu, aadha cup rayta bundi aur 1 inch adarak ka tudka
  • Buna jeera- 2 chammach, hing -1 pinch, kali mirch – ¾ choti chammach
  • Bhuna jeera – 2 chote chammach, kala namak-1 chota chammach, sada namak-aadha chammach

 

Vidhi:-

  1. Sabse pehle to pudina aur dhaniya powder ko acchi tarah saanf karle aur dho le.
  2. Iske atrikt adark ko bhi acche se dho lijiye. Ab tino chizo se pani sukha le.
  3. Iske bad ab sare masale ko mixer mai pees lijiye. Aur nikal ke rakh de.
  4. Ab dhaniya, pudina aur kati hui adarak pees le. Piste wakt isme kali mirch, bhuna jeera, chini, hing, kala namak aur sada namak dal dijiye.
  5. Thoda sa pani dalkar masalo ko ekdum barik pees lijiye.
  6. Peese masale jar mai daal dijiye, aur 4 cup thanda pani dale aur acchi tarah iss mishran ko mix kar lijiye.
  7. Iss mishran mai nimbu ka ras bhi milaiye.
