Vajan Kam Karne Mai Madadgar Hai Ankurit Moong Daal

Yadi aap apna vajan aasan tariko se kam karna chahte hai, yani bahut jyada exercise ke bina to aapko sahi aahar par dhyan kendrit karna hoga. Aise mai ankurit anaaj aapki madad kar sakta hai. ½ cup barik kata huya pyaj
1 cup barik kate tamatar
1 cup kata kheera
1 tukda nimbu
1 chammach hara dhaniya

Dressing karne ke liye ½ chammach kali mirch powder, 1 chammach namak, 1 chammach bhuna aur pisa jeera aur 1 chammach nimbu ras le.

Vidhi:-

Pan mai ek cup pani, sproutes aur namak dalkar aur ise pani ubalne taka paka le. Phir pan ko dhakkar rakh de. 5 minutes baad moong daal ek bade bowl mai nikale. Ek alag bowl mai dressing wali sabhi samagri ko mila kar usme moong daal mix kare. Phir serve karne wali plate mai tamatar, kheera aur nimbu ki slice sajaye aur phir uske uppar tayar ki hui moong daal sprout rakhe. Ise garnish karne ke liye iss par hara dhaniya aur kati huyi hari mirch dale.

Sada Salad:-

Iske liye aapko ek cup ankurit moong ki daal, ek bada chammach barik kata huya adrak, mirch aur khana pakane ke tel ki jarurat hoti hai. Dressing ke liye aap sarson ke beej aur jeera ka upyog kar sakte hai.

Kadahi mai ek bada chammach khana pakane ka tel garm kare. Isme sarso aur jeera ko milaye. Jab wah thoda sa laal ho jaye to usme adrak aur barik kati hari mirch mila le. 5 second ke liye bhunkar uss par ankurit moong ki daal aur anya salad samagri mila de. Swad ke liye nimbu ka ras aur namak dale aur acchi tarah se mix karke serve kare.

Ankurit Moong Daal ka Salad Khane ke Anya Karan:-

Vajan kam karne ke alawa yeh manak parishkrat anaaj ki tulna mai adhik jatil carbohydrate pradan karta hai. Yeh vitamin c, fiber aur anya avashyak khanijo ka bhi bahut accha source hai.
