Ise karne ke liye jamin par chatai bichakar baith jaye. Fir apne pairo ko failakar apne dono hatho aur sar ko upar ki taraf rakhe. Fir ek lambi saans lekar dhire-dhire apne haatho aur sar ko niche tak iss parakar se laye ki aapka sar ghutne se aur dono haath aapke pairo ki ungaliyo se sat jaye.

Iss tarah apne sar ko apne ghutno se satane ka prayas kare. Iss avastha mai 10 se 20 second rahe aur saans ko roke. Fir dhire-dhire apni saans ko bahar nikalte huye pehle ki sthit mai aa jaye.
 

Hastapadotasana

Yeh aasan chehre ki twacha ko tanav se mukt rakhne ke alava, sharir se sabhi vishakt padartho ko bahar nikalne, rakt pravah ko badhane aur twacha mai chamak dene mai madad karta hai.

Iss aasan ko nimn prakar se kiya jata hai.

Apne dono pairo ko dur dur rakhkar seedhe khade ho jaye. Iske pashchat apne dono haatho ko aage aur piche ki or iss tarah se stretch kare ki aapki reedh ki haddi mai khichav mehsus ho. Iske bad dhire-dhire niche ki aur iss prakar se jhuke ki aapki hatheliya jamin par aur sar ghutne par ho. Ab iss mudra mai kuch samay tak rahe fir normal avastha mai vapas aa jaye.

Dhanurasana

Dhanurasana puri tarah saans par kendrit rehta hai. Ise karne se sharir ke andar niymit rup se oxygen ka pravah hota rehta hai jisse sharir ke sabhi vishakt padarth bahar nikal jate hai. Yeh aasan karne se chehre tak rakt ka pravah badh jata hai jisse chehre ke muhaso aur daag –dhabbo ko thik karne mai madad milti hai.

Iss aasan ko karne ke liye ek samtal jagah par dari ya chatai bichakar late jaye. Ab apne dono pairo ko ghutno se modkar aediyo ko apni hipps par le aaye. Iske bad apne dono pairo ke takhno ko hatho se pakde aur haatho ko seedha rakhte huye pairo ko piche ki or khiche. Dhyan rahe iss kriya ko karte samay apne kulho ko upar ki or uthana hai aur saans andar ki taraf lena hai. Sath hi apne dono ghutno ko sath mai rakhe.

Iss samay apne sar aur jaangho ko jitna ho sake upar ki or uthaye. Iss prakriya ko 15 se 20 second tak apni kshamta ke anusar kare.
 

Shirshasana

Yeh aasan hamare sar se lekar chehre tak rakt ke pravah ko banaye rakhne mai madad karta hai. Iske alava yeh aasan oxygen yukt rakt ko hamare sar aur pituitary granthi mai pahuchane mai madad karta hai. Sath hi yeh aasan hamari sharir ke hormones ke nirman mai bhi madad karta hai aur tanav ko dur karta hai.

Iss aasan ko nimn prakar se kiya jata hai.

Sabse pehle jamin par chatai bichakar apne ghutno par baith jaye aur apne dono hatho ki kohniyo ko jamin par tikaye. Iske bad apne haatho ki ungaliyo ko aapas mai milakar grip bana le aur apne sar ko grip bani hatheliyo ke pas jamin par tika de.

Fir ghutne ko jamin se upar uthakar apne dono pairo ko lamba karne ki koshis kare. Fir dhire-dhire panje tike dono pero ko panje ke bal chalte huye sharir ke karib yani mathe ke najdeek le aaye. Uske bad apne pero ko ghutno se modte huye dhire-dhire upar uthaye aur seedha kare. Kuch der tak isi avastha mai rehne ke bad fir se usi avastha mai vapas aa jaye.
