Sheetali Pranayama

Sheetali Pranayama ko karne se pehle anulom-vilom ka abhyas kar le. Iske bad nimn kriya ko kare.

  1. Kisi bhi sukhasan mai baithkar apni jeebh ko bahar ki or nikalkar nalinuma banaye aur saans ko andar ki taraf khinche.
  2. Saans ko andar ki taraf khinchne ke bad apni jeebh ko muh ke andar khinche le.
  3. Fir naak se dhire-dhire saans bahar nikalne ka prayas kare.
  4. Yeh prakriya kam se kam 5 bar jarur kare.

 

Ang Sanchalan

Iss yogasan ko karne se hamare dil ki dhadkao ko niyantrit kiya jata hai sath hi ucch raktchap se bhi chutkara milta hai. Ise karne se gardan, kulhe, ghutne aadi ki acchi exercise bhi ho jati hai. Ise kai prakar se kiya jata hai jaise haatho ki ungaliyo ko modna, panjo ko aage piche karna, gardan ko aage piche ghumana aadi kriyae iske antargat ki jati hai.
