Iski samagri
- 1 Nariyal
- 1 cup Shakkar
- 2 cup Chawal ka Aata
- 1 liter Dudh
- 10 gm Kishmish
- 10 gm Kaju
- 1 chammach elaichi powder
Til Chocolate Laddu
Yadi aap apne baccho ko dhyan mai rakhte huye kuch bana rahe hai to til chocolate laddu se acchi koi dish ho hi nahi sakti. Sabse pehle 250 gram til bhun le. Ab iss bhune huye til ko mixer mai halka sa pees le. 250 gram chini bhi le, isme pani milakar gadhi chasni taiyar kar le.
Ab iss chasni mai 250 gram kaddukas kiya hua mava aur til ka powder mila le. Iss mishran ko thanda hone ke liye rakh de. Fir laddu ka aakar de de. Chocolate chip se ise saja bhi sakte hai.
Mungphali Ka Laddu
Iske liye mungphali ko sek le. Lekin sekte wakt ghee ya tel na dale. Aapko mungphali ko laal rang aane tak sekna hai. Siki hui mungphali se chhilke utar le. Ab mungphali ko peeskar uska powder bana le.
