Ise Banane Ki Vidhi

  1. Gajar ka halwa banana ke liye aap laal wali 1 kilo gajar bajar le aaye.
  2. Ise kisne se pehle acche se dho le aur fir chhil le. Taki iss par ki sari mitti nikal jaye.
  3. Ab ek kadhai mai mava ko kam gas par sek le. Fir ise nikal kar rakh le.
  4. Ab kisi huye gajar ko bhi kadhai mai dale aur usme dudh bh dal de. Aapko ise naram hone tak pakne dena hai.
  5. Ab gajar mai chini mila de. Ab 1 se 1 ½ katori chini dal de. Yadi aap chahe to ise apni jarurat ke hisab se kam jyada kar sakti hai.
  6. Thodi thodi der mai bade chammach ki madad se gajar ko hilate rahe.
  7. Jab aap ise pakaenge tab gajar ka ras nikalega, aapko ise tab tak pakana hai jab tak gajar ka pura ras khatam na ho jaye.
  8. Ab paki hui gajar mai thoda ghee, kishmish, kaju evam bhuna hua mava mila dijiye.
