• Lie down on your back
• Now lift your legs off the floor to make a 90 degree angle
• Place your hands behind your head or you can also keep them crossed over your chest
• Inhale deeply and lift your upper body part off the floor
• Exhale while coming back down the floor
• Repeat these steps for 10 times when you are rookies
Vertical Leg Crunches
• Lie down on the floor and extend your legs upward to make a 90 degree angle
• Now place your knees crossed over the other
• This is your perfect position, now do the same as you have done in crunches. That is lift your upper body part up.
• Repeat these steps for 12 to 15 times
• Try up to three sets at a time
Bicycle Exercise
• Lie down on the floor and place your hands behind your head
• Now lift up your both the legs and bend them at the knees
• Bring your right knee close to your left side of the shoulders by keeping your left leg out
• Now bring your left knee close to your right side of the shoulder by keeping your right leg out
• Do it alternatively like you are paddling a cycle
• Do it continuously for 5 minutes
Rolling Plank Exercise
• Lie down on the floor over your abdomen
• Lift your body up by only resting it on your elbows and toes on the ground
• Breath normally and stay in this posture for 30 seconds
• Now relax for 5 seconds and then again repeat the exercise
Bending Side to Side
• Stand erect with your feet
• Raise your hands above your head
• Now keep your legs firmly over the ground and bend your body to the right as much as possible, stay in this position for 15 seconds
• Now return back to the original position
• Repeat the same steps to the opposite side
• Slowly increase your holding time
