Vipassana Meditation Steps – Ise Karne Ka Tarika

  • Iss dhyan ko karne ke liye aapko palthi marke aur aankh band karke baithna chahiye.
  • Iss stithi mai baithne ke bad aapka pura dhyan saanso ki taraf rakhna hai.
  • Aap ko dhyan dena hai jab aap saans ko andar le rahe hai aur aur fir saanso ko bahar ki tarah chod rahe hai.
  • Jab aap yeh prakriya karte to apni saanso ko niyantrit karne ki koshish na kare.
  • Iss prakriya mai yadi aap gehari saans ko le rahe hai to aap kam saanso ko bhi le sakte hai, bus aapki saanso ki prakriya prakratik hona chahiye.

  1. Yeh bahut aasana prakriya hai tatha aap ise kahi bhi kisi bhi wakt kar sakte hai.
  2. Shuruvati samay mai ise niyamit rup tatha ek nishchit samay mai hi karna chahiye.
  3. Jab aap dhyan ko kare to akele shant kamre mai tatha aaramdayak stithi mai kare.
  4. Jab aap iss dhyan ko puri lagan se karte hai to kuch samay mai iske fayde aapko najar aane lagte hai.
