Garmiyo ke dino mai lassi bahut jyada lokpriya pey hai. Garmiyo ke aate hi lassi  pine walo ki tadat bad jati hai. Inn dino sabhi ko kuch na kuch thanda pine ka man karta hai. Punjabi Meethi Lassi

Iske naam se hi pata chal raha hai ki yeh Punjab ki famous lassi hai. Iss lassi ko punjab mai hi nahi apitu pure bharat mai pasand kiya jata hai.
 
Samagri: 2 cup dahi, 2 chammach shakkar, ¼  cup thanda dudh ya pani, 2 chammach malai, 1 chammach gulab jal ya kevra jal, ½ chammach ilaichi powder, 2 chammach kati hui badam.

Vidhi: Punjabi Lassi banane ke liye dahi mai shakkar, doodh, pani , gulabjal aur kewra jal milakar mathni ki sahayata se 1-2 minute tak fet lijiye. Taki sab acche se mix ho jaye, parantu dhyaan rahe ki usse jyada na fete nahi to makkhan nikalne lag jayega.

Ab lassi ko glass mai dal lijiye aur garnishing ke liye uske upar malai dalkar ilaichi powder aur kati hui badam dalkar sajaye. Serve karne se pehle isme ice cube bhi dale. Ya fir behtar hoga ki lassi banane ke liye thanda dahi ka istemal kare. Aapki punjabi lassi pine ke liye taiyar ho gai hai.

Majedar Mango Lassi

 Mango lassi aapko kisi bhi restaurant par mil jayegi. Lekin aam ke mosam mai mango lassi ko ghar par hi bana kar pee sakte hai. Iss lassi ko banane mai sirf 5 minute lagte hai. Aam ke pasandida logo ke liye to yeh ek bahut acchi dish hai. To aaye jane Recipe for Mango Lassi.

Samagri:- 2 cup gadha dahi,  2 cup aam ke piece, 2 chammach ya swadanusar shakkar, 1 chammach gulab jal aur kewra jal,  ½ chammach ilaichi powder, 2 chammach kata hui pista, aur chutki bhar kesar.

Vidhi:- Aam ke chhote chhote piece karke usme shakkar dalkar mixer mai pees le. Tatha ab usme dahi, ilaichi powder, kesar, kewra aur gulab jal dale. Fir se ek minute ke liye use mixer mai chalaye. Aapki mango lassi taiyar ho gai. Ab use serve karne ke liye glass mai lekar use pista aur kesar se garnish kare.

Note:-  1-2 chammach malai lassi mai dal sakte hai. Agar kesar ya kewra ka jal nahi hai to bhi koi dikkat nahi hai.
 

Swasthprad Dry Fruit Lassi

Dry fruit lassi mai kai tarah ke dry fruits ko dalkar banaya jata hai. Dahi aur sukhe meve se bani lassi baccho aur bado ke liye bahut faydemand hoti hai. Isko garmi mai pine se urja bani rehti hai.

Samagri:-  2 Cup gadha dahi, 1 chammach ilaichi powder, 1 chammach nariyal ka bhuga, 8 badam, 1 chammach kishmish, swadanusaar shakkar aur paach bark ke tukde.

Vidhi:- Bhigi hui badam ko mixer ke jug mai sari samagri ke sath dal kar acche se chalaye. Sab mix hone par use ek glass mai dal de. Ab garnishing karne ke liye iske upper shahad ko upar se dale aur badam ke ekdum barik kate tukde dal de. Aapki dry fruit se bani lassi tyaar ho gai. Ab aap ise enjoy kar sakte hai.
 

Meetha Napasand Walo Ke Liye Masala Lassi

Bahut se logo ko meetha pasand nahi hota hai. Ya sugar hone ki vajah se lassi nahi pi pate unke liye hai swadisht masala lassi jo bina kisi tension ke vo pi sakte hai.

Samagri: 3 Cup dahi, 1 cup thanda pani, 1 hari mirch, ½ Jeera powder, namak swadanusaar, Hara dhaniya aur pudine ki pattiya, crushed kiya hua barf

Vidhi: Dahi mai pani ko dale aur acche se 1 minute tak mathni se math le. Uske bad usme acche se kati hui hari mirchi, jeera powder aur namak dalkar milaye. Tatha crushed ki hui barf serve karte huye dale. Garnishing ke liye jeera powder, kata hua hara dhaniya, aur pudine ki pattiyo ke sath garnish kare. Aapki masala lassi ready hai.
 

Baccho Ke Liye Khas Strawberry Lassi

 Kuch logo ko strawberry bahut pasand hoti hai. Khaskar baccho ko strawberry ka flavor bahut pasand aata hai. To aap unhe colorful yummy strawberry lassi bana kar de sakti hai.

Samagri: 1 lb strawberry ya  3 ½  cup kati hui strawberry, ½ cup sugar, ¼ chammach ilaichi, 1 chutki namak, 2 cup dahi aur 1 cup ice cube.

Vidhi: Strawberry mai sugar, ilaichi, aur ek chutki salt dalkar acche se mishran kar le. Uske bad usme dahi aur barf dal kar chalaye jab tak mishran acche se mil na jaye. Aab aapki strawberry lassi pine ke liye taiyar hai.
 

 

Banana Lassi

Banana lassi swadisht hone ke sath sath aapko healthy bhi banaye rakhti hai, Kyuki kele mai fiber paya jata hai. Jinhe kabj ki samasya hoti hai unke liye bhi yeh bahut faydemand hai.

Samagri: 150gm crushed ki hui barf, 150 ml thanda pani, 150 gm dahi,  2 pake huye kele, 2 chammach shahad, crushed ki hui 1 illachi.

Vidhi:  Ek glass mai kate huye kele lele aur fir usme dahi, thanda pani aur crushed ki hui barf dalkar ek sath mishran kar le. Tatha garnishing karne ke liye upar se shahad aur crushed ki hui ilaichi aur kele ki slice se garnish karke serve kare.
 

Rose Lassi

Iss tapti hui garmiyo mai roj lassi pine ka man to karta hai. Parantu roj ek hi prakar ki lassi ko pee kar hum bore ho jate hai. Isliye roj alag alag flavor ki lassi se hum taro-taja aur swadisht lassi pee sakte hai.

Samagri: 2 cup dahi, ¼ cup sugar, 1 chammach rose syrup, ½ chammach namak, ½ ilaichi powder, 1/2 cup water, 10-12 barf cubes, 10-12 bund vanilla flavor.

Vidhi: Rose lassi banana ke liye  sari samagri ko milakar acche se mixer mai pees le. Jab tak wo acche se na mil jaye. Ab isse bade glass mai nikal le. Tatha garnishing ke liye pineapple ke 2- 4 tukde ya koi aur phal ke 2-4 tukde ke sath garnishing kare.

Kesar Lassi

 Agar aap jaldi aur sabki pasand ki lassi ko banana chahte hai to kesar lassi sabse behtar vikalp ho sakta hai. Kyuki kesar lassi adhikatar logo ki pasand hoti hai. Aaiye jante hai kesar lassi ko banane ka tarika.

Samagri: 2 cup patla dahi, 3-4 chammach shakkar, ¼ chammach kesar, 1 chammach garam pani, aur chutki bhar ilaichi powder.

Vidhi: Sabse pehle 1 chammach garam pani mai kesar ko 10 minute tak bhigo de. Aur dusri taraf dahi mai sugar aur ilaichi powder ko acche se mila le. Uske bad bhigi hui kesar sahi aur uska pani bani hui lassi mai dal de. Bus minto mai sabki pasandida lassi taiyar hai. Ab aap ise serve kar sakte hai.
