Swadisht Shrikhand

Shrikhand ka naam sunte hi muh mai pani aane lag jata hai. Aur yeh swasth ki dhrsti se accha bhi hota hai. Isliye garmi ke dino mai cold drinks aadi ka sevan karne se accha aap shrikhand jaisi chize apne parivar ko khilana chahiye.

Samagri: 2 kg taja dahi, meve ki katran, chutki bhar jaifal powder, kesar ke lacche, 1 chammach Ilaichi powder, swadanusaar shakkar, kuch angur!

Vidhi: Shrikhand banane ke liye sabse pehle taje dahi ko suti kapde mai bandhke latka de. Dahi ka pura pani nikal jane de. Fir usme shakkar mila de. Shakkar ko acche se ghul jane ke bad dahi ko chan le.

Aadhe chammach dudh mai kesar dalakar kuch der ke bheego de aur ghot le. Ilaichi powder, meve ki katran, jaifal powder aur ghuti hui kesar sabko milakar acche se mix kar le. Garmi Se Rahat De Fruit Mocktail

Jab bhi aap dhup se aate he to kuch tanda pine ka man karta hai. Aese mai fruit mocktail behtar vikalp hai. Yeh sharir ko thandak dene ke sath sath urja bhi deta hai. Garmi ke dino mai mehmano ko bhi aap ise serve kar sakti hai.

Samagri: 1 cup strawberry, 1 cup kata hua kela, 1 cup kale angur, 1 cup pineapple,  2 cup chini, aadha cup nimbu ka ras, 1 bada chammach adarak ka ras, aur thodi kuti hui barf!

Vidihi: Sare phalo ko pehle kat le aur fir ek sath mixer mai dale. Fir shakkar aur pisi hui barf dalkar mixer mai pees le. Pise huye ras mai nimb aur adrak ka ras dalkar acche se shake kar le. Ab glass mai mock tail ko nikal le. Fruit mocktail ko upar se strawberry dalkar sajaye.

Seb aur Kheere Se Bana Chat

Seb aur kheera dono hi sehat ke liye bahut accha hota hai. Kyuki isme kai poshak tatv hote hai. Ye garmiyo mai aapke liye bahut accha hota hai. Kheera aapke sharir mai pani ki kami bhi dur karta hai.

Samagri: 1 Kheera, 1 seb, 2 chammach barik kata hara dhaniya, aadhe nimbu ka ras, 1 ubla hua aloo, aadha cup ankurit mung, 2 bade chammach bhune huye mungphali ke dane, swadanusar namak, pisi kali mirch!

Vidhi: Kheera kakdi ko gol aakar mai kaat le. Ankurit mung ko thoda sa pani lekar 2 minute ke liye ubal le. Ab uble huye aloo aur seb ke tukde kat le. Fir ek plate mai ankurit mung ka pani nikalkar aloo seb aur kheera kakadi, bhune huye mugphali ke dane mila le. Iske upar sabhi masale aur dhaniya dal de. Pet Ko Thandak De Aam Panna

Samagri: 1 kaccha kata hua aam, ½ cup gud,  5-6 lal mirch, ½ chammach rai, 8-10 kadi patta, ½ cup nariyal bura, thoda sa hara dhaniya, namak swadanusaar!

Isme aam ka paste dale. Ab 1 cup pani aur thoda sa namak mila de. Sajane ke liye hara dhaniya dale. Ab ise chawal ya roti ke sath serve kare aur khaye.

Aam Ka Murabba

Jab humne aam ki recipe ki upar baat ki hai to aam ke murbbe ko kaise bhul sakte hai. Abhi aam ka mosam chal raha hai. Aam ka murbba kai logo ko bahut pasand aata hai. Aaiye jante hai ise banane ka tarika.

Samagri: 1kg aam, 2 chammach namak, 10-12 kesar ke lacche, 1kg chini, aur 4-5 ilachi!

Vidhi:  Aam ko dho kar uske bade bade tukde kar le. Aam ke tukdo mai kai sare chhed bana dijiye. Ek bartan mai pani lekar usme aam ke tukde dal de. Aur uper se thoda sa namak dalkar 12 ghante ke liye rakh de. Ab aam ko bahar nikale. Ek bartan mai itna pani rakhiye ki aam ke sare tukde aache se dub jaye.

Pani ko kam se kam 3-4 minute tak ubale. Ab kisi bartan mai aam ke upar kesar aur shakkar mila kar 2 din ke liye rakh de. 2 din bad aap dekhenge ki chini ka ghol ban gaya hai. Ab ise tab tak garam kare jab tak ki shakkar ka ghol gada na ho jaye. Ab chashni ko aapke anguthe aur ungli ke bich mai lagakar dekhe ki chasni ka ek tar ban raha hai ya nahi. Yadi tar ban jaye to ghol ko aanch se niche utar le. Aapka murabba taiyar hai. Ise thanda hone ke bad serve kare.
