Yadi baccho mai motape ki samasya ho jaye to tulsi usme aapki madad kar sakti hai. Tulsi ke patto ko peeskar dahi ke sath sevan karwane se charbi ka banna kam hotahai.
- Tulsi ke patto ke 10gm ras ko 1 cup pani ke sath mishran banakar pine se sharir ka dheelapan or atyadhik charbi kam hoti hai.
- Tulsi patto ka 10 bund ras, 2 chammach shahad ko 1 glass pani mai mila le ab us mishran ko piye. Aisa karne se motapa kam hota hai.
Triphala
15gm triphala ka churan lekar rat mai bhigokar rakh de. Rat bhar gale huye churan ke pani ko chhankar usme shahad milakar sevan kare motapa jaldi ghatega. Sath hi triphala, trikuta, chitrak, nagarmotha, vayu vidanga ko milakar kada banaye aur usme gugul milakar sevan kare.
Triphala ka churn aur giloy ke churn ko milakar shahad ke sath lene se pet badna kam hota hai. Mosam ke anusar phalo ke ras ko rojana pina bahut fayedemand hota hai. Motapa kam karne ke liye 8 se 9 mahine tak phalo ka sevan kare. Sath hi phalo ka ras pine se bimariyo se ladne ki rog pratirodhak shamta bhi badti hai. Pipali Kare Motapa Kam
- Pipali ka ½ g churn ko shahad ke sath roj roj lene se pet ki charbi kam hoti hai isse 1 mahine tak upyog kare.
- 150 gram pipali main 30 gram sendha namak milakar pisakar 21 khurak bana le, aur ise din mai khali pet chhanch ke sath sevan kare isse vayu ke karan badhi hui charbi samapat ho jayegi.
- Pipli ke 1 ya do dane ko dhoodh me kaafi der tak ubale aur dhoodh se nikalkar kha le upar se dhoodh pi le. Isse motape se nijat milta hai.
