Sendha Namak – Epsom Salt

Sendha namak, magnesium ka accha strot hai. Yeh aapke sharir ka ph level santulit karta hai. Sharir ka ph santulit karna isliye jaruri hai kyoki kuch samasyae jaise ki gathiya aadi sharir mai acid ki matra jyada hone ke karan hoti hai.

  • Prayog ke liye taje nimbu ka ras aur sendha namak dono ek barabar matra mai lekar, iss mishran ko nigal le.
  • Iss mishran ko aap din mai do bar ek bar subah aur ek baar raat ke samay le sakte hai.

Haldi – Turmeric

Dalchini
