Exercise Kare:-

Stan bahut se fatty tissue se milkar bana hota hai, jinko kam karke aap apne stano ko kam kar sakti hai. Iske liye sahi kasrat karna bahut jaruri hota hai. Swimming Kare:-

Swimming ke bahut hi prabhavshali exercise hai, jisse breast size kam hota hai. Swimming ke smay kiye jane wale front aur back stroke se chest aur kandhe ki mashpeshiyo par jor padta hai, jisse apne aap hi breast size kam hota hai.

Stano ka badha aakar kam karne ke liye aapko vyayam ke saath apne khaan-paan par bhi dhyan dena hoga. Bahut adhik fatty food khane se aur bhojan mai anianitata ke karan bhi breast ka aakar badh sakta hai.
