Pranayam in Hindi: Tanav, Chinta Dur Karne mai Sahayak

Vyast jivansheli mai kisi ke paas vyayam ke liye samay nahi hai. Shararik kam ka abhav aur galat jivansheli ke chalte hamare sharir ko bimariyao ne jakad rakha hai. Sharir ko swasth rakhne ke liye ham keval khanpan par hi aashrit nahi reh sakte. Hame isse jyada ki jarurat hai. Yogasan aur pranayam isme madad kar sakta hai.

Pranayam do shabdo se milkar bana hai, pran+ayam. Pran ka matlab hota hai jivatma, arthat jo hame shakti deta hai. Wahi ke ayam ke do arth hote hai, pratham niyantran ya rokna aur dvitiya vistaar. Pranayam ki shuruwat:- Pranayam karte samay teen kriyaye kari jati hai.

1 Purak, 2.Kumbhak, 3. Rechak

Purak: Niyantrit gati se shawas ko andar lene ki prakriya ko purak kaha jata hai. Shawas ko aap dheere dheere le ya teji se dono samay usme lay aur anupat ka hona jaruri hai.
 
Kumbhak:-Andar ki hui shawas ko shamta anusar rokar rakhne ki kriya ko kumbhak kaha jata hai. Shawas ko andar rokane ki kriya ko antrik kumbhak jabki shawas ko bahar chhodkar punh nahi lekar kuch der tak rukane ki kriya ko bhahri kumbhak kehte hai. Isme bhi lay aur anupat ka hona behad jaruri hai.
 
Rechak:  Andar li hui shawas ko niyantrit gati se chhodne ki kriya ko rechak kahte hai. Shawas dheere dheere ya teji se dono hi tarike se jab chodte hai, to usme lay aur anupat ka hona aavyashak hai.
 
Pranayam ko jabran nahi karna chahiye. Pranayam karne ke liye shawas ander lena “purak”, shawas ko bhahar fenkna “rechak” aur shawas ko bhahar hi rokkar rakhna bhaykumbh kehlata hai.

Purak, Kumbhak aur Rechak ki avratti ko acche se samjhkar pratidin yeh pranayam karne se rog dur ho jate hai. Iske paschat aap bhastrika, kapalbhati, sitali aadi pranayam ko kar sakte hai. Lekin pranayam ko karne ke kuch niyam hote hai jane wo niyam kya hai?

Jab bhi aap pranayam kare aapki ridh ki haddi sidhi hona chahiye. Iske liye aap kisi bhi dhyanatamak aasan mai baith sakte hai. Jaise ki vajrasan, padmasan, sukhasan aadi! Yadi aap kisi bhi aasan mai nahi beth pate hai to aap kursi par bhi pranayam kar sakte hai, parantu ridh ki haddi ko sidha hi rakhe.

  • Shawas ko keval nasika se hi lena chahiye. Isse shawas filter hokar andar aata hai. Muh se shwas na le.
  • Pranayam karte samay man shant aur parsanna hona chahiye. Pranayam se man shant aur ekagra hota hai.
  • Pranayam ko hamesha samtal, saaf aur shant sthan par kare. Shehar main jaha pradushan ka adhik prabhav ho vaha pranayam se pehle dhup se uss sthan ko sugandhit kare.
  • Pranayam ke liye vajrasana, padmasana aur siddhasana mai baithna jaruri hai. Bethane ke liye jis aasan ka upyog karte hai wah kamble ya kushasan aadi le.
  • Pranayam ka arth sirf purak,kumbak ya rechak hi nahi, varan shawas aur pranoki gati ko niyantrit aur santulit karte huye man ko bhi sthir aur ekgra karne ka abhyaas karna hai.
  • Grabhvati mahila, bhukh se pidit purush ko pranayam ka abhyas nahi karna chahiye. Pranayam karte huye thakan ka anubhav ho to dusra pranayam karne se purav 5-6 minute ka visharam karna chahiye.
  • Pranayam ka abhyaas dheere dheere dherya ke sath aur savdhani purvak kare. Pranayam karte samay mukh, aankh, nak, aadi ango par kisi tarah ka koi tanav na rakhe. Pranayam ke bad snnan karna ho to 5-20 minute ke bad kar skate hai.
  • Pranayam karne ke 2-3 ghante purava hi bhojan karna chahiye. Khana kahne ke paschat ise karna sahi nahi hai. Shuru mai ise panch dus minute ka hi abhyaas kare aur dheere dheere badate huye adha se ek ghanta kare. Roj pet saf karke hi pranayam karna chahiye. Kuch din bad pranayam karne se kabj apne aap dur ho jata hai.

Tanav Dur Karne mai Sahayak
