  • Aasan karne ka sthan shant aur swach hona chahiye. Kisi bagiche mai aapka iska abhyas karte hai to bahut accha hai. Aap jis sthan par aasan kar rahe hai wo samtal hona chahiye. Iske atirikt dari ya chatai bichakar hi aasan kare taki bhumi ki chumbkiya shakti aapka dhyan tode nahi.
