300 mili gram katthe ka churna muh me rakhkar chusne se gala baithna, aawaj rukna, gale ki kharash aur chhale aadi dur ho jate hai. Iska din mai 5 se 6 baar prayog karna chahiye.

Din mai 3 baar kattha, haldi aur mishri 1-1 gram ki matra mai milakar chusne se khansi dur hoti hai.
