Eat well-cooked fruits or vegetables instead of eating raw fruits or vegetables. Also avoid foods which are rich in fibers, because they need more time to get digested.

Drink enough water in between your meals, it improves your digestion. Also you can try to go for a walk just after your meal. And avoid soft (carbonated) drinks, alcohol or smoking.
