Dahi -2 cup(400gm)
Kali Mirch- Aadha chammach
Har Mirch- 1 barik kati hui
Namak- Swad ke anusar
Kala Namak- Aadha Chammach
Hara Dhaniya- 2 table spoon, barik kata hua

Banane ki Vidhi:
Kheera raita banane ke liye sabse pehle khire ko chheel lijiye, fir dono taraf se aadha aadha inch katkar nikal dijiye, fir dhoiye, aur kaddookas kar lijiye.
Kaddookas kiye hua kheera, har; mirch, kaali mirch, saada namak, kaala namak, hara dhaniya aur aadha bhuna hua jeera pees kar, dahi mai daal kar achhi tarah se mila dijiye. Aur dekhiye aapka kheera ka raita bilkul taiyar hai.
