Banane ki vidhi:

Garmagaram Kachori

Chatni ke sath garma garam kachori kisi bhi tyohar ka swad badha sajti hai. Aap aloo ya dal se bani koi bhi kachori bana sakte hai. Aaiye jante hai aloo kachori recipe in hindi.
 
Kachori ke aate ke liye samagri:-

  • Teen katori maida ya aata (300 gram)
  • 1 chhoti katori rawa (100 gram)
  • Swadanusar namak, 1 chouthai chammach khane ka soda, 2 chammach tel

 
Aloo Ki sabji banane ke liye

  • 5 se 6 aloo, 2 kati hui hari mirch, 1 chammach tel, aadha chammach namak
  • ½ adrak kaddukash kiya hua, aadha chammach aamchur
  • Thoda sa garam masala, kachori talne ke liye tel

 
Vidhi:

Upar di gayi samgri ke anusar aap char logo ke liye kachoriya bana sakte hai. Sabse pehle to aloo ko kukar mai pakne ke liye rakh de. Jab tak aloo pakte hai tab kachori ke aate ko taiyar kar lena chahiye.

Aata taiyar karne ke liye sabse pehle to maida aur suji ko ek bartan mai chhan lijiye. Isme namak aur baking powder dale aur moyan ke liye tel bhi dale. Hatho se inn sabhi ko acche se mila lijiye.

Chapati ke liye jaisa aata gundha jata hai, vaisa naram aata guth le aur dhak kar aadhe ghante ke liye rakh dijiye.
