International Yoga Day in Hindi: Antarashtriya Yog Divas 2016

Antrashtriya yoga divas 21 jun ko manaya jata hai. Iss divas ki pehal bharat ke pradhan mantri shri narendra modi ne 27 september 2014 ko sanyukt rashtra sangh sabha mai apne dwara diye gaye bhashan ke andar ki thi.

Iss bahshan ke bad 11 december 2014 ko sanyukt rashtra sabha ke 193 sadasyo ne yog divas manane ka prastav swikar karte huye 21 june ko antrashtriya yog divas manane ki ghoshna ki. Iss din ko vishesh banane ke liye bharat ke logo ne kai vishehsh taiyari ki thi taki iska mahatva pure vishva ko bataya ja sake. Yog hamare jivan ke liye bahut mahatvapurn hota hai. Isliye aaj ham aapko International Yoga Day in Hindi aur iske fayde bata rahe hai.

Jab pehla yog divas manaya ja raha tha to pradhanmantri narendra modi sahit karib 36000 logo ne ek sath 35 minute tak 21 yog aasan karte huye iska pradarshan kiya tha. Yog divas ka mukhya samaroh delhi ke rajpath par kiya gaya tha. Iss samaroh ka coverage gantantra divas ke din durdarshan par kiya gaya tha taki pura des iss samaroh ka luft uthaye aur iske bare jyada jankari prapt kar sake.

Yog hamare sharir ke liye bahut faydemand hai. Shayad yahi wajah hai ki duniya bhar ke log ise apna rahe hai. Yeh sharir ko aakarshit banata hai. Jo log ise niyamit karte hai bimariya unse koso dur rehti hai. Isliye Yoga Day 2016 ham aapko  kuch aasan aur unki jankari de rahe hai.

Surya Namaskar – Sun Salutation

Surya namaskar ka matlab hota hai suraya ko naman karna! Surya namaskar aapke pure sharir ke liye behtarin vyayam hai. Isme 12 aasano ka sar hota hai. Ise subah subah khali pet karne se sharir ke sare ang acche se khul jate hai tatha sharir mai jami atirkat charbi hat jati hai.

Iske 12 chran hote hai inn chrano ko pura karne par ek chakra sampanna hota hai. Iss prakriya ko kam se kam rojana 20 bar dohrana chahiye. Yeh aasan aapko acche swasth ke sath surya ko aabhar prakat karne ka bhi avsar deta hai. Yeh sharir ko sakaratmak urja se bhar deta hai. Eye health ke liye bhi yeh aasan accha hai.
 

Anulom Vilom

Anulom Vilom pranayam mai naak ke daye chhidra se saans khichte hai, to bayi naak ke chhidra se saans bahar nikalte hai. Isi tarah yadi naak ke baye chhidra se saans khilchte hai to naak ke dahine chhidra se saans bahar nikalte hai.

Ise nadi shodhan pranayam bhi kaha jata hai. Iss asana ko karne se mansik shanti prapt hone ke sath man ki chetna aur vicharo mai stirtha aati hai. Tanav dur bhag jata hai aur sharir ki sari nadiyo ko labh milta hai. Iske alawa rakt ka sanchalan sahi hone ke sath nind na aane ki samasya se bhi nijat milti hai.
 

Vajrasana – Diamond pose

Vajrasan mai dono pairo ko modkar, ridh ki haddi ko sidha rakhkar apne hatho ko ghutno mai rakhte hai. Yeh ek matra aesa aasan hai jise bhojan ke baad kiya ja sakta hai. Isse pachan tantra majboot hota hai aur pachan se sambandhit sare rog dur ho jate hai.
 

Trikonasana – Triangle Pose

Ise triangle pose ke naam se bhi jana jata hai. Isme sidhe khade hokar pairo ke madhya kuch jagah ki jati hai. Kamar se niche ki taraf jhukte hai. Sath hi bina ghutne mode sidhe hath se ulte pair ke panje ko evam ulte hath se sidhe pair ko sparsh karte hai.

Isse pachan pranali thik hoti hai. Sath hi ise karne se acidity se bhi chhutkara milta hai. Yeh sharir ko sudhol, majboor aur lachila banata hai. Yeh sharir ka santulan thik karta hai.

Dhanurasana – Bow Pose

Isme aapke sharir ka aakar dhanush ke saman dikhai deta hai. Isliye hi ise dhanurasan kaha jata hai. Isme pet ke bal par let kar hatho se pairo ko pakda jata hai. Dhanurasana Benefits kai hai. Yeh aasan kamar dard aur gardan dard ke liye labhkari hai.

Yeh aasan stri rog mai bhi labhkari hai. Yeh aasan prasav ke baad pet par padne wali jhurriyo ko dur karta hai. Sath hi masik dharm, tatha garbhashay ke rog khatam ho jate hai.
 

Tadasana – Mountain Pose

Ham sabhi jante hai ki aaj ke wakt mai acchi personality hona bahut jaruri hai. Acchi personality ke liye aapke sharir ka kad bahut mayne rakhta hai. Sharir ki lambai badhane ke liye tadasan bahut madadgar hai.

Iss aasan mai sidhe khade hokar dhire dhire apna pura vajan panje par dalte hai aur aedi ko dhire dhire upar ki aur uthate hai. Fir aapko iss stithi ko dohara hota hai. Kuch der isi stithi mai khade rehte hai aur fir niche aa jate hai.
