Ise Banane Ki Vidhi:-

  1. Mungfali ke dano ko kadhai mai bhun le. Dane thande hone ke bad unhe masalkar chilke alag kar le.
  2. Jin dano ko aap bhun rahe hai unhe ek bar dekh le, yadi koi dana kadwa ho to use alag kar de.
  3. Dano ko sekne se pehle kesar ko dudh mai bhigokar rakh de.
  4. Ab aapne jo mungfali ke dane bhune hai uske se lagbhag 50 gram dane alag nilal de aur bache huye dane mixer mai dardare pees le.
  5. Kaju ke bhi 8 pees nikal le baki ke mixer mai daradara pees le.
  6. Fir pisi hui mungfali, kaju aur nariyal ka bura sabhi ko ek bowl mai dale aur acchi tarah mix kar le.
  7. Ab aapko chasni banana hai iske liye 2 cup pani mai shakkar mila le aur gas par garam karne rakh de.
  8. Aapko ise tab tak pakana hai jab tak chasni ke do tar nahi bante.
