Vrikshasana Steps: Ise Karne Ki Vidhi

Iss aasan ko karne ke liye sabse pehle samtal jameen par savdhan mudra mai khade ho tatha dhyan kendrit karne wale bindu ka chunav kare.

Ab dono pairo ko ek dusre se thoda dur karke khade ho jaye tatha daye pair ko jameen par rakhe aur baye pair ko guthno se modte huye daye pair ke jangho par rakhe. Iske pashchat dono hatho ko namaskar mudra mai rakhkar chaati se lagaye tatha balance banate huye dono hatho ko upar ki taraf le jaye.

Iss prakriya mai sar aur kandhe ko ekdum sidh mai rakhe tatha  dhyan kendrit kare. Iss avstha mai shuruvaat mai 30 second aur dheere dheere samay sima bada kar 1 se 2 minute kar le. Iss aasan ko dono pairo se 2 se 5 bar dohraye.

  4. Yadi aapke pairo mai chout lagi hai to iss  aasan se duri bana le tab tak chout thik nahi ho jati.
  5. Yadi aapko sar dard ki pareshani hai to iss asana ko bilkul na kare nahi to yeh mansik tanav dur karne ke bajay tanav bada dega.
