Cardio exercise ki tulna mai adhiktam laabh aur chhoto se bachav ke liye paryaveksham aur sahi traning ki jarurat hoti hai. Cardio kiye bina akele weight lifting karne se sahi phisique nahi ban pati hai. Isliye inn dono exercise ko combine karke hi karna chahiye.
