Kala chana ko garibo ka badam kaha jata hai. Yadi aap apne  sharir ko furtila aur swasth rakhna chahte hai to rojana chane ka sevan jarur kare. Chana bahut hi poshtik hota hai, aur ise kai tarah se kha sakte hai jaise bhunkar, ublakar ya fir tala hua. Ise kisi bhi rup mai khaye yeh sharir ke liye bahut hi faydemand hota hai to aaiye padhe Kale Chane ke Fayde.

Kale chane mai carbohydrate, protein, nami, chiknai, reshe, calcium, iron aur kai prakar ke vitamins paye jate hai. Yeh poshak tatv aapke sharir ko kabj, khun ki kami, madhumeh, piliya jaise rogo se bachata hai sath hi aapko sundar aur tej dimag mai bhi madad karte hai. Piliya rog ko dur karne ke liye kala chana bahut hi faydemand hota hai. Ise kai tarike se ham kha sakte hai.

  1. 100 gram chane ki daal mai 2 glass pani dalkar kuch ghanto tak bhigoye. Ab daal se pani ko alag kar le aur rogi ko daal ke sath rojana 4 se 6 dino tak gud de. Isse piliya mai aaram milta hai.
  2. Iske alava kale chane ka sattu bhi piliya rog se grasit rogi ko dene se piliya mai aaram milta hai.

 

Pathari Ki Samasya Dur Kare

Aajkal ke dushit pani aur khanpan ki wajeh se hamari kidney aur pet mai pathri ki samasya hona aam bat ho gayi hai. Iske dur karne ke liye chane ka sevan bahut hi faydemand hota hai. Iska sevan karne ke liye ratbhar chane ko bhigokar rakhe aur dusare din subah khali pet bhige huye chane mai shahad milakar khaye. Rojana aesa karne se pathri hone ki samasya kam ho jati hai. Nimn Raktchap Ko Niyantrit Rakhe

Jin vyaktiyo ko nimn raktchap ki bimari hai unko kale chane ka sevan karna chahiye. Ise khane ke liye rojana subah khali pet raat mai bhigoye huye 20 gram kale chane aur 25 kishmish ke dane ya fir munakka ka sevan kare. Isse aapko low blood pressure mai aaram milega aur chehre ki chamak bhi badhegi.
 

Twacha Ke Liye Faydemand

Twacha sambandhi rog jaise khaj khujli, daad aur charm rog aadi rogo ko dur karne ke liye rojana apne aahar mai chane ka sevan prarambh kare. Iske alava aap chane ke aate ki roti bhi banakar kha sakte hai.

Dhup aur dhul-mitti ki wajeh se twacha ke kalepan ko dur karne ke liye 12 chammach besan, 3 chammach dahi ya dudh aur thoda sa pani ko milakar ubtan banaye aur apne gale aur chehre par male. 10 minute tak malne ke bad naha le. Aesa rojana karne se twacha ka kalapan dur ho jata hai.
 

Chehre Ki Sundarta Badhaye

Chehre ko sundar banane ke liye rojana chane ke besan ka ubtan banakar apne chehre par lagaye. Isse chehre ki twacha par jhurriya nahi aati hai aur chehra sundar banta hai.

Chehre ki jhaiya dur karne ke liye ratri mai 2 bade chammach chane ki daal ko bhigokar rakhe. Subah daal ko piskar usme dudh, chutki bhar haldi aur 6 bund nimbu ke ras ki milaye. Ab iss mishran ko apne chehre par lagaye aur sukhne tak intjar kare fir halke gungune pani se chehre ko dho le. Iss pack ko 3 hafto tak lagane se chehre ki jhaiya dur ho jati hai.
 

Kabj Se Rahat De

Chane mai fiber ki acchi matra hoti hai jisse yeh pachne mai bhi aasan hota hai. Isliye rat mai bhigoye huye chane se pani ko alag kar usme namak, adarak, jeera mix kar khane se kabj ki samasya se nijad milti hai. Iske alava iske sevan se bukhar, anemia aadi pareshani dur hoti hai aur sharir ki gandagi bhi saaf hoti hai.

  4. Rojana kam-kaj ki wajeh se purusho ko kamjori aa jati hai. Aese mai rojana bhigoye huye ya fir ankurit chane ka sevan karne se kamjori dur hoti hai sath hi purusho ki veerya se sambandhit pareshani aur napunsangta ki bimari bhi dur hoti hai.
  5. Balgam aur kisi bhi prakar ki saans ki samasya ko dur karne ke liye rat mai bhune huye chane ko chabakar khaye aur fir bad mai dudh pee le. Isse balgam aur saans sambandhit samasyao se rahat milti hai. Iske alava aesa karne se mahilao ki yoni se safed pani aana band ho jata hai.
