Garbhdharan ke baad garbhavati mahila ke khaan-paan mai turant badlav kar dena chahiye. Ab use apne liye nahi balki apne garbh mai pal rahe bhruna ke liye bhi khana chahiye. Garbhdharan ke turant baad yani prarambhik charan se hi madirapaan, nashile padartho ka sevan aadi band kar dena chahiye. Doctor se sampark kar apni khaane-peene ki aadato aur anya dincharya jese rahan-sahan aadi ke baare mai baat karni chahiye, taki doctor aapko sahi salah de paye.

Apne aahar mai vitamin, protein aur calorie ki matra badha deni chahiye. Lekin dhyan rahe vitamin e aur c ki matra kitni li jaye iss bare mai doctor se paramarsh kar le.
