Padmasan ke baad siddhasan ka sthan aata hai. Alokik siddhiya prapt karne wala hone ke karan hi iska naam siddhasan pada hai. Yamo mai brahmcharya sheshth hai, niyamo mai shoch sheshth hai, waise hi aasano mai siddhasana shreshth hai. Aaiye jante hai Siddhasana Steps

  1. Iss asan ko karne ke liye sabse pahle saaf aur samtal jamin par kalin ya chatai bichakar dandasan ay palthimar kar baith jaye.
  2. Ab apne baye per arthat ulte per ki edi ko andkosh (Yonang) aur guda ke bich wale sthan par iss tarah se rakhe, jisse aapki edi ka dabav iss sthan par padta rahe.
  3. Yahi prakriya apne daye per se bhi kare. Iske liye daye per ki edi ko yonang ke upper wale bhaag par sthir kare. Iss samay bayr per ke takhne par daye per ka takhna hona chahiye. Yah pero ke panje, jangha aur pindali ke Madhya mai rahe.
  4. Iske baad apne ghutno ko jamin se lagaye aur apne hatho ko aage ki aur modkar ghutne athva edi ke upper rakhe.
  5. Ab rid ki haddi, gardan aur sharir ko sidha rakhte huye apne dhyan ko mashtishk ke uss bhag par kendrit kare jo hume updesh deta hai.
  6. Ab aap gude aur mutrendriya tatha iske aaspas ki sabhi naso ko dhire-dhire upper ki taraf khichne ka prayas kare. Adhik jor ya jabardasti na kare. Yah prakriya apni shamtanusar kare.
