Angraji mai ek kahawat hai “Health is Wealth” arthat swasth hi punji hai.  Lekin agar vartmaan paridrashya par najar dale to shayad hi koi vyakti swasth sharer ke mahaatv ko samajhta ho. Dunia ke adhikansh desho mai aaj aise halat ban gaye hai. Jinme jatil aur tanavgrast jivanshelly se jujhta huya vyakti na to apne khan-paan par dhyan deta hai aur na hi apne swasthya ki ahmiyat samajhta hai.

Yah baat sabhi jante hai ki swasth sharir mai hi swasth mashtishk niwas karta hai. Jab hum sharirik roop se swasth rahte hai to hume mansik aur samajik roop se swasth anubhuti hoti hai aur hum safaltapurvak sabhi karyo ko pura karte hai.

Acchi sehat ki baat sabhi karte hai aur iske prati logo mai bahut had tak jagrukta bhi aayi hai. Vishwa Swasthya Sangathan (WHO) nai iss baar 7 April 2016 yani “Vishwa Swasthya Diwas” ke avsar par “Beat Diabetes” yani diabetes ko harao theme rakhi hai. Iske liye 200 desho ke 44 lakh se bhi adhik logo ki sehat ka addhyan kiya gaya. Iski report ke anusar Bharat, Chine, Pakistan, Indonesia jaise kam aur madhyam aay wale desho mai madhumeh rogiyo ki sankhya bahut adhik sankhya mai badi hai. Iske shikar 90 pratishat log type-2 aur 10% log type 1 se pidit hai.

Iss report mai heran karne wali baat yah hai ki mahilao ki apeksha purusho mai madhumeh bahut jyada badi hai. Lakin bharat aur chine mai isse prabhavit mahilao ki sankhya adhik hai. Phir Pakistan 12 pratishat ke sath 2nd aur bharat 6 pratishat ke sath 3rd number par hai.

University of East Anglia ne apni ek research mai bataya hai ki agar aapko diabetes hai to aapko nayi naukari milne ke mauke kam ho jata hai aur isse sabse adhik purush prabhavit hote hai.
