Ustrasana ko camel pose bhi kaha jat hai. Ise karne ke liye aap apne gutno ke bal aaram se beth jaaye. Ab aap thoda sa peeche ki aur jhuke kar apne seedhe haath se apne seedhe pair ke ankle ko chuye aur apne ulte haath se ulte pair ke ankle ko chuye.  Aur is position mai aap kam se kam 5 se 10 minutes tak rahe. Ab apne face ko upar kare aur dono haatho ko ek dure ki tarah jor de. Iss postion ko kam se kam 4 se 5 baar jarur kijiye. Jisse aapko bahut fayda hoga.
