  • Apni ungaliyo ko ek- dusre se jakdkar kohni tak ke haath ko chatai par rakhkar lete. Kohniya ghutne ke samne rakhe. Ab apne sar ka chatai par rakhe, jaha apne ungaliya ko jakdakar rakha tha.
  • Fir hips ko dheere-dheere upar uthaye aur ghutne ko bhi jameen se upar uthate huye pairo ko seedha upar ki aur le jaye. Sirf panje jameen ko chuye.
  • Santulan banate huye apne pure sharir ka bhar sar aur kandho par dalte huye panjo ko bhi uthaye.
  • Pairo ko jameen se uthaye huye sar aur kandho pure sharir vajan dalte huye santulan banaye.
  • Ghutne modhe aur dheere dheere upar ki aur le jaye. Jab tak ki aapke pair aapke dhad ke akdam upar na ho jaye.
  • Ab sharir ek hi line mai seedha hold kare. Aaram mahsus karte huye iss isthiti par niyantran banakar rakhe.
  • Is istithi mai samnaye saans ke saath 30 second tak rahe. Dheere-dheere fir apni purani istithi mai aa jaye. Aisa 3 se 4 baar jarur kare.

  • Yeh kriya fefdo ko saaf karne ke liye hoti hai.
  • Kapal ka artha hai sar aur bhanti ka artha hai roshani. Isliye iss prakriya ko niyamit roop se kare.
  • Yeh kriya shudhikaran ki technique hai. Yeh nadi aur mastishk ko saaf karti hai. Saath hi yeh fefdo ki kisi bhi prakaar ki blockage ko kholne mai madad karti hai. Pachantatra ko toning karta hai aur nervous system ko majbut bhi banata hai.
  • Peeth aur garden ko sheedha rakh kar bethe aur apni aankhon ko band kare.
  • Jor se saans ko bahar ki taraf chhode, saans chhote samay jor se abdomen ko bhitar ki taraf khiche.
  • Pahle jesi isthiti mai aakar samanye saans le. Iss prakriya ko panch miutes ke liye dohraye. Acche prinaam ke liye isse 10 minutes tak bhi kar sakte hai.

  • Fir seedhe khade ho aur dheere dhaare sharir ko jhukate huye 80 degree angle banaye.
  • Ab muh khole aur left hand ki beech vali ungali aur ring finger se muh ke bhitar gale ke paas tak le jakar gudgudi si kare. Taki pet ki bhitar ka saar pani utli ke saath bahar aa jaye.
  • Aisa tab tak kare jab tak ki jara bhi pani bahar na nikalna shuru ho.
