Virabhadrasana – Warrior Pose

Virabhadrasana garbhavati mahila ke liye bahut faydemand hota hai. Iss aasan ko karne se sari manspeshiya lachili banti hai tatha garbhavati mahila ko ise karne se unke pure sharir mai rakt ka sanchar hota hai. Iss asana ko karne se bacche ko suddha oxygen aur nutrition milte hai tatha iss asana ko karne se mansik aur sharirik vikas hota hai.

 

Virabhadrasana Karne Ki Vidhi:-

  • Sabse pehle dono pair par sidhe khade ho jaye aur dono pairo mai kam se kam 4 feet ki duri bana le.
  • Ab baye pair ko sidha kare aur baye aur ghumaye tatha daye pair ko thoda sa aage badaye.
  • Ab baye hath ko samne ki taraf aur daye hath ko piche taraf khole.
