Baahay Kumbhak

Vidhi

  1. Kisi bhi dhyan aasan mai baithkar sans ko ek baar mai hi sharir se bahar nikal de.
  2. Sans ko bahar nikalne ke baad mulband arthat (guda dwar) ko sankuchit kare aur uddiyan bandh arthat pet ko andar khichna ya sikodna hai. Jitni der tak aap aisa kar sakte hai kare, iss samay saans ko bahar hi rokkar rakhe.
  3. Jab sans ko adhik samay ke liye bahar na rok paye tab dhire dhire bhare aur bandho ko khol de. Yeh ek chakra ya kriya puri huyi.
  4. Sans andar lene ke baad bina roke phir se bahar nikalkar pehle ki tarah saans ko bahar rokkar rakhe. Iss kriya ko 3 se 21 baar tak kiya ja sakta hai.

 

Labh

  1. Iss mudra ke abhyas se man ki chanchalta dur hoti hai aur vratti nirodh hota hai.
  2. Iss asan ke niyamit abhyas se budhi sushm aur tivra hoti hai.
  3. Isse bewajah ka virya skhalan nahi hota hai tatha swapndosh aur shighrapatan ki samsya mai rahat milti hai.

 

Savdhaniya

Sabhi yogasano ki kuch savdhniya bhi hoti hai jinhe dhyan rakhna bahut avashyak hai. Jante hai Baahay Kumbhak aasan karne ki savdhaniya –

  1. Iss aasan ko subah ke samay khali pet karna chahiye.
  2. Saans ko bahar itna hi rokna chahiye jitna aap aasani se rok sake.
  3. Saans ko jhatke se andar khiche.
  4. Yogasan ke aadhe ghane baad hi kuch khana-pina chahiye.

 

Ashvini Mudra

Aaiye jante hai iss aasan ko karne ki vidhi aur iske labh-

 

Vidhi

Kgasan ki avastha mai baithkar (toilet mai baithne ki avastha) gudadwar ko andar ki aur khinch kar mulbandh ki sthiti mai kuch der tak rahe, kuch der baad dhila chod de. Dobara andar khinchkar punah chod de. Yeh prakriya ko yatha sambhav anusar karte rahe aur phir kuch der aaram purvak baith jaye. Iss aasan ko din mai kai baar kiya ja sakta hai, ek baar mai kam se kam 50 baar iss mudra ka abhyas kare.

 

Labh

  1. Iss aasan ke abhyas se guda sambandhit rogo mai rahat milti hai.
  2. Sharirik takat badti hai aur umra lambi hoti hai.
  3. Mana jata hai ki iss mudra ko karne se kundlini bhi jagrit hoti hai.
  4. Shighrapatan ki samasya ko rokne ke liye yeh ek achuk mudra hai.
  5. Napunsakta ko bhi yeh aasan dur rakhta hai.

Swapandosh rokne ke kuch Samanya Upay

  1. Apne aap ko vyast rakhe tatha vicharo aur man ko shudhta lane ka prayas kare. Aap vyast rahenge to dimag mai ashlil aur kamuk baate man mai nahi ayengi.

  9. Raat mai pani kam piye aur sone se pahle peshab avashya jaye.
  10. Apne ling ki niyamit roop se safai kare.
