Banane Ki Vidhi: Ise banane ke liye ek fry pain le aur usme 1 bada chammach ghee dalkar kar garam kare. Jab ghee garam ho jaye to thodi si illaichi dal de. Ab peesa hua nariyal aur khoya dalkar kar ise 2 minute tak chalaye. Iske bad bane huye mishran ko ek katore mai nikal le.

Ab ek aur fry pain le aur usme bhi ek bada chammach ghee dalkar use garam kare. Tatha iss garam huye ghee mai kate huye badam, kaju, chironji aur makhana dale aur jaise hi wo bhure rang ke ho jaye unhe fry pain se nikalkar ek bartan mai dal le aur unhe chura kar le.

Ek bada bartan lekar usme chini tatha 2 cup pani dalkar garam karne rakh de aur pani ko tab tak chalaye jab tak ek taar ki chashni na ban jaye. Jab chashni bankar taiyar ho jaye usme orange color ki kuch bunde dale aur use fir se 5 minute tak chalaye.

Ab kadhai le mai 1 bada chammach ghee dalkar use garam kare. Tatha usme ilaachi dale aur 5 second bad seviyan dalkar use chalate huye 5 minute tak bhune. Jab seviyan bhun jaye usme dudh dale. Jab sevai dudh mai puri tarah bheeg jaye tab usme bani hui chashni tatha nariyal aur khoye ka mishran dale tatha madhhi aanch par ise 2 se 3 minute rakhne ke bad aanch band karde.

Banane Ki Vidhi: Sabse phle 2 cup dudh ko ek bhagone mai leke garam hone rakh de. Jab tak dudh garam hota hai tab tak saare meve ke chhote chhote tukade kar le aur ek sath mila le. Piste sabke sath na milaye.

Ab ek fry pain le aur usme 2 chotte chammach ghee dalkar garam kar le sath hi isme sevai dalkar bhun le.

Jab dudh mai ubal aa jaye to usme bhuni hui sevai dale aur madhhi aanch par ise acche se ubalne de. Tatha ek katori mai garam dudh leke usme kesar dale aur use kuch der bhigne de.

Har thodi der mai dudh ko chalate rahe taaki sevai chipke nahi. Jab seviyan acche se ban jaye aur dhudh bhi gadha ho jaye to aanch ko band kar de.

Ab isme illaichi powder aur bhigi hui kesar ke dudh ko milaye tatha sare meve bhi isme dal de. Meve ko dalte samay pista bacha le jab aap kheer ko serve karne wale ho tab pista se garnishing kare. Dudh ki bani sevai kheer taiyar hai isse khud bhi khaye aur dusro ko bhi khilaye.
