Samagri Matra
Tilli 1 Cup
Chini 1 Cup
Ghee 2 se 3 Chammach
Kaju 20-25
Choti Elaichi 7-8
Piste 1 Tablespoon

 

  • Gajak Sweet banane ke liye sabse pehle kaju aur piste ke chote chote tukde karke rakh le. Iske bad elaichi ke dane bhi nikal de.
  • Aap jis bhi plate mai chikki banana chahte hai uske upar ghee lagakar use chikna kar lijiye.
  • Ab ek acche tale wali kadhai lijiye, til ko kadhai mai daliye aur bhun lijiye.
  • Aapko til ke phulne tak use bhunna hai. Jaise hi til bhun jayegi uska rang halka sa badal jayega.
  • Bhune hui til ko alag se plate mai nikal kar rakh de.
  • Ab ek kadhai mai tel dalkar usme ghee ko pighla le aur chini dalkar medium gas par hone de.
  • Jaise hi chini pighal jaye, gas ko band karde aur usme bhuni hui tilli, kate huye kaju, pista aur elaichi ke dane dalkar sari chizo ke mix hone tak mix kar le.
  • Jab aap chini ko pighalne ke liye rakhenge tab use kam gas par hi rakhe warna chini jal sakti hai.
  • Ab tilli ke mishran ko plate mai dale. Ek belan par ghee lagakar mishran ko patla kar le.
  • Chaku ki sahayata se man chahe shape mai nishan laga de aur chikki ko thandi hone ke liye rakh de.
  • Jaise hi chikki thandi ho jaye uske tukde kar le aur plate mai nikal kar rakh le.
  • Aapki manpasandida chikki banke taiyar hai. Till ki chakki ko 1 ghante ke liye khuli hawa mai chod de.

 
Note:-

  1. Til se bani gajak mai aap apne pasand ke anusar sukhe meve dal sakte hai. Yadi aapko jyada pasand hai to jyada sukhe meve dale aur kam pasand hai to kam sukhe meve dale.
  2. Til ko bhunte wakt dhyan de, yadi aap ise jyada bhun lete hai to inka swad kadwa ho jata hai.
  3. Yahi aapko chasni banate wakt bhi karna hai, isliye shakkar ke pighalne ke bad turant gas band kar de, chasni ko aur pakane ke bad wo kadvi bhi ho sakti hai.

  • Gur ki Gajak banane ke liye sabse pehle to sari samagri ko ek kar le.
  • Sab kuch ek karne ke bad ek pan mai til ko dhimi aanch par bhune.
  • Gud ko aadhe cup pani ke sath garm kare aur shira taiyar kar le.
  • Bhune huye til ko, gud ke sire mai milakar acche se mix kar le.
  • Ab ek kadhai mai ghee dalkar bhune huye mishran ko failaye.
  • Thanda hone ke bad ise manchahe aakar mai kat le.
  • Iss prakar aapki til ki gajak taiyar hai.
