Jane Bhature Banane Ki Vidhi

Bhature banane ke liye sabse pehle ek bada bartan le aur usme maida dale tatha usme namak, chini, baking soda, dahi, dudh dalkar acche se millaye aur 5 se6 minute tak guthe taki wo naram ho jaye.

Ab guthe huye aate ko 2 ghante ke liye kapde se dhak kar garam jagah par rakh de, jisse gutha hua aata fulkar aur naram ho jayega. Aapke bhature ka aata taiyar hai, iski chhote chhote aakar ki loiya bana kar taiyar kar le.

Iske bad choti choti loi ko chakle par rakh ke belan se gol gol bana le, jarurat ho to maide ka istemal kare. Tatha ab kadahi mai tel garam karne ko rakh de. tel ko accha garam hone de taki bhature tel mai acche se ful jaye.

Ab bhature ko bich mai se halka daba de taki wo ful jaye aur inhe dono taraf se sunhara hone tak tale. Jab yeh acche se tal jaye uske bad bhature kadai se nikal kar napkin paper par rakh de taki wo atirikt tel ko sokh le.

  • 250gm kabuli chane
  • ½ Choti Chammach Baking Soda
  • 4-5 Tamatar
  • 2 Hari Mirch
  • 1 Choti Chammach Adrak Ka Paste
  • 2 Choti Chammach Tel
  • ½ Chota Chammach Jeera
  • 1 Chutki Hing
  • 1 Choti Chammach Anardana Powder
  • 1 ½ Choti Chammach Dhaniya Powder
  • ¼ Choti Chammach Lal Mirch Powder
  • ¼ Choti Chammach Garam Masala
  • Namak Swadanusar
  • ½ Choti Katori Hara Dhaniya

Chole Banane Ki Vidhi

Chole Recipe banane mai bahut hi aasan hai. Chole ko banane ke liye cholo ko raat mai bhigo kar rakh de, Jab aap isko banane wale ho tab pani se nikalkar  ek cooker mai inhe dale tatha ek glass pani, namak, aur baking soda bhi dale aur ubalne ko rakh de. Jab cooker mai citi aa jaye to aanch ko kam kar de aur 2-3 minute bad gas ko band kar de. Tatha gas se pressure khatam hone tak chole ko usme hi pakne de.

Ek taraf hum masala bana lete hai, iske liye tamatar, hari mirch, aur adrak ko ek sath milakar mixer mai pees le. Iske bad kadhai mai tel dalkar garam kar le aur usme hing, jeera, anardana powder dal de. Jab jeera bhun jaye tab dhaniya powder dale aur chammach se hilaye. Iske bad tamatar, hari mirch aur adrak ka bana hua paste dale.

Inn sab ko dalne ke bad lal mirch powder ko dale tatha pure masale ko acche se bhunne de jab tak ki masale ka tel upar na aa jaye. Bhune huye masale mai ek glass pani aur swadanusar namak dale tatha ek ubal le.

Cooker kholiye aur usme se chane nikal kar masale ki tari mai dal de aur chammach se acchi tarah chalaye. Agar aapko chole thode gaadhe lag rahe hai to usme apni jarurat ke hisab se pani mila le aur ise 5 minute tak maddhi aanch par pakaye.

Jab yeh ban jaye to gas band kar de aur upar se garam masala aur hara dhaniya dale. Bas ab kya aapke swadisht chole bhature taiyar hai, ab aapko chole bhture khane ke liye bahar jane ki jarurat nahi padegi. Inhe parosane ke liye chote chote pyalo mai nikal le aur isme thoda sa aur hara dhaniya dalakar ise sajaye, tatha garam garam bhature ke sath garam garam chole khaye.
