Dophar Ka Khana: Sabjiyo ka salad aur 1 grapefruit.

Ratri Ka Bhojan:  Sabjiyo ka salad aur coffee.
 

Choutha Din:

Subah ka Nashta: Do ande, 1 cup coffee ya fir chai, aadha grapefruit.

Dophar Ka Khana: Do ande, 1 cup coffee, paneer aur phalo ka ras.

Ratri Ka Bhojan:  Sabjiyo ka salad aur coffee.
 

Panchva Din:

Subah ka Nashta: Do ande, 1 cup coffee ya fir chai, aadha grapefruit.

Dophar Ka Khana: Sukha paneer aur palak.

Ratri Ka Bhojan:  Bhuni hui machli, paki sabjiya aur coffee.

Upar diye gaye aahar ki matra ek samanya sujhav hai. Aap apne sharir kieanusar apne khane ki matra badha ya gatha sakte hai. Lekin coffee aur grapefruit ki matra ko isse jyada na badhaye.
