Pani Puri Banane Ke Liye Samagri

  • ½ cup genhu ka aata ya maida
  • 1 cup suji
  • Talne ke liye tel

 
Puri Banane Ki Vidhi : Genhu ka aata aur suji ko ek bartan mai nikalkar mila le aur gungune pani se aate ko guth le. Ab guthe huye aate ko acche se set hone ke liye kapda dhak kar 20 minute tak rakh de. Dhyan rakhe puri ke liye jo aata guthe wo thoda sa sakht ho gila nahi.

Ab guthe huye aate ki choti choti loi bana le aur ise kapde se dhak kar rakh de. Iske bad bani hui loiyo se 2 inch vyas ki gol gol puri bana le.

Jab puri  ban jaye to kadhai mai tel dale aur use garam hone de. Kadhai mai 3 se 4 puriya dale ya fir jitni aap ek bar mai tal paye utni puri dale. Ab fuli hui puriyo ko bahar nikal le. Sath hi yaad rakhe puriyo ko khula nahi chhode nahi to yeh mulayam ho jayegi.

Pani Puri Ka Masala Banane Ki Samagri

  • 4 Se 5 Uble Huye Aloo
  • 1 Katori Uble Chane
  • 4 Hari Mirch
  • Swadanusar Namak

 
Masala Banane Ki Vidhi: Masala banane ke liye uble huye aloo mai chane ko mila le. Tatha hari mirch ko pees le aur aloo -chane ke sath mila le aur namak bhi daal le. Aapka masala taiyar hai.

  • ½ Cup Hara Dhaniya
  • ½ Cup Pudina
  • 2 chote chammach aamchur ya nimbu ka ras
  • 2 hari mirch
  • 1 adrak ka tukda
  • 2 chote chammach bhuna jeera
  • ¼ choti chammach kali mirch
  • Namak swadanusar
  • ½ chota chammach kala namak

 
Pani Puri Water Recipe: Sabse pehle dhaniya aur pudina ko saaf pani se dho le.  Saare masale, dhaniya aur pudina ko milakar mixer mai pees le. Ab 1 liter pani mai sare peese huye masale dal de aur pani ko acche se ghol le. Lijiye aapke hath ka bana hua jaljeera pani puri ke liye ban gaya hai.

  • 200g Barik Suji
  • ¼ Cup Tel

 
Jane Puri Banane Ki Vidhi: Suji ki puri banane ke liye sabse pehle suji ko ek thali mai le aur usme thoda sa tel dale. Ab halka gun guna pani thoda thoda karke suji mai dalte jaye aur suji ko guth le. Ab guthe hui suji ko 20 minute tak kapde se dhak kar rakh de taaki aata acche se set ho jaye. Suji ka aata fulkar taiyar ho jayega.

Ab aate ki choti choti loi bana kar uski puri bana le dhyan rakhe puri jyada badi na banaye. Ek kadahi mai tel rakh kar use garam kare aur isme puriyo ko tale. Aap dekhenge ki puriya ful gai hai, ise tel se bahar nikal le. Iss tarah sari puriya tal le aur ek dibbe mai rakhte jaye. Inhe khula na rakhe nahi to yeh mulayam ho jayegi.

Pani Puri Ka Pani Banane Ke Liye Samagri

  • 50g aam ki khatai
  • 50g hara dhaniya
  • 6 -7 hari mirch
  • ½ choti chammach kali mirch
  • 2 chote chammach kala namak
  • ½ choti chammach namak
  • 1 chota chammach bhuna jeera
  • 1 chota chammach sukha pudina
  • 1 choti chammach adrak ka paste

 
Pani Banane Ki Vidhi: Sabse pehle aam ki khatai ko 3 se 4 ghante ke liye pani mai bhigo kar rakh de. Taki aam ki khatai acche se naram ho jaye. Ise pani mai se nikal kar mixer ke jaar mai dalkar pees le aur paste bana le. Iss paste ko ek channi mai dalkar chaan le aur channi mai se reshe hata le.

Iske bad mixer mai hara dhaniya, pudina, hari mirch, adrak ka paste sabhi samagri dalkar sabko ek sath pees le. Ab chani hui khatai mai dhaniya pudi ka paste milaye aur isme 1 liter pani dalakar acche se mila le. Aapka pani puri ka pani taiyar hai.

Pani puri serve karne ke pehle uble huye aloo ko chote chote pees mai katle. Isme bhuna hua jeera, namak, thoda sa hara dhaniya, dalkar aloo taiyar kar le. Aap chahe to mithi chatni bhi taiyar kar sakte hai.  Ab ise puri mai dale aur Pani ke sath khaye.
