Neti Kriya
Neti Kriya ko mukhya roop se swasan sansthan ke avyavo ki safai ke liye kiya jata hai. Ise karne se pranayam karne mai bhi aasani hoti hai. Neti Kriya ko 2 prakar se kiya jata hai, jo hai sutra neti aur jal neti.
Sutra Neti Kriya
Iss kriya ko karne ke liye en mota parantu mulayam dhaga ya kapda liya jata hai, jiski lambai lagbhag 12 inch ke aaspas ho aur jo aasani se naak ke chidro mai ja sake. Ab ise halke garm pani se bhigo le aur iska ek chor naak ke chidra mai dalkar muh se bahar nikale| Iss prikriya ko aap bahut hi aaram se kare. Iske baad muh aur naak ke dore ko pakadkar dhire-dhire 2-4 baar khichna chahiye. Isi prakara ise dusre nasika chidra se bhi karna chahiye. Sutra Neti ki kriya ko ek din chodkar karna chahiye.
Jal Neti Kriya
Jal Neti Kriya karne ke liye aapko toti wale bartan ya lote ki jarurat padegi. Iss nalidar bartan mai namak mile halke garm pani ko bhar de. Ab niche baithkar lote ki toti ko uss naak ke chidra mai lagaye, jisse sans chal rahi ho. Naak ke chidra mai pani dalte samay muh ko khula rakhe. Ab toti lage chidra wale bhaag ko thoda sa upper kare aur pani ko naak mai dale. Isse pani naak ke dusre chidra se bahar nikalne lagega. Jab lote ka pura pani khatm ho jaye to iss kriya ko naak ke dusre chidra se bhi kare. Dhyan rakhe yah kriya karte samay muh ko kholkar rakhe aur sans lete rahe. Iske alawa yah bhi dhyan rakhe ki pani naak se purn roop se bahar aa jaye, nahi to sardi jukham ho sakta hai.
Labh
Iss kriya ke abhyas se naak se judi samast samasyaye bilukl thik ho jati hai aur mashtishk aur gale ki pareshaniya bhi dur ho jati hai. Iske alawa yah dimag ke bharipan ko hatata hai, jisse dimag shant aur sehatmand bana rahta hai.
Dhauti Kriya
Dhauti Kriya ko bhi kai tarah se kiya ja sakta hai. Lekin aajkal iske sabhi prakar adhik prachlan mai nahi hai. Iska mukhya karan hai, inn kriyao ko sikhane wale guru ka aasani se na milna. Vaman Kriya

Vahanisar Dhauti Kriya
Ise karne ke liye jamin par sidhe let jaye aur apno dono ediyo ko khulho se chipkakar rakhe. Iske baad nabhi ko andar ki taraf khinchkar chod de. Iss kriya ko aap 10 baar tak kar sakte hai. Yah pat ki anek bimariyo ko durkar, pachan kriya ko behtar banata hai.
Vatasar Dhauti
Iss kriya mai aap apne hotho ko ankuchit kar dhire-dhire tab tak hawa ko andar khiche, jab tak aapka pat bhar na jaye. Iske baad nauli kriya kare aur dono nasikao se hawa ko bahar nikal de. Basti Kriya karna itna aasan nahi hai, bahut se log ise sankoshvash bhi nahi kar pate hai, lekin iss kriya mai parangat hone par yah bahut hi labhdayak siddh ho jati hai.
Basti kriya karne se pahle aap Ganesh Kriya ka abhyas kare. Ise karne ke liye bich wali ungli mai tel lagakar use guda dwar mai savdhani se dale aur use ghumaye. Iss kriya se guda marg ki gandgi dur ho jati hai.
Ganesh kriya karne ke pashchat kisi bade drum mai pani bharkar usem khade ho jaye aur phir ghutno ko modte huye hatho ko ghutno par rakhe. Iske baad guda dwar se pani ko andar ki taraf khiche. Ise uddiyan bandh lagana kahte hai.
Iske baad jab uddiyan bandh ko khola jata hai, to pat mai bhara pani badi aant maid hire-dhire bharne lagta hai. Pat mai jab pani bhar jaye tab pat ko thoda idhar-udhar ghumaye aur phir se guda dwar se pani bahar nikal de. Iss kriya ko basti kriya kaha jata hai. Ise aap bath tub mai baithkar bhi kar sakte hai.

Labh
Iss kriya ke abhyas se pat ke sath-sath sampurn sharir ki shudhi ho jati hai. Sath hi vishesh roop se ise karne se isse aant, ling aur guda aadi ke sabhi rog samapt ho jate hai.
Kunjal Kriya
Yah kriya unn logo ke liye hai jo dhauti kriya ko nahi kar pate hai. Pani se pat ko saf karne ki kriya ko kunjal kriya kaha jata hai. Ise karne se pat aur aahar nail saaf ho jati hai.
Kunjal kriya ko subah ke samay surya uday se pahle aur soch aadi se nivrat hokar karna chahiye. Iske baad halke gungune pani ko kagasan ki sthiti mai baithkar jitna ho sake utna peele. Ab khade hokar thoda sa jhuk jaye aur teen ungliyo ko muh mai andar jeebh ke pichle hisse mai ghumaye.
Aisa karne se ulti ki iccha hoga aur dhire-dhire pani bahar nikalne lagega. Jab pani nikalna band ho jaye to punah ungli ko jeebh ke pichle hisse par ghumaye. Iss kriya ko tab tak kare, jab tak pura pani bahar na nikal jaye.

Iss kriya ke abhyas se muhase, danto ka rog, jeebh ke rog, kabj, vaat-pitt se hone wale rog dur ho jate hai. Yah sardi-jukam, dama aadi kai rogo ke liye bhi faydemand hota hai.
Nauli Kriya
Yah sabhi kriyao mai sarvshreshth hai. Yah pat ke liye bahut hi accha vyayam hai. Pat ko hilane ki kriya ko nuali kriya kaha jata hai.
Iss kriya ko karne ke liye padmasan lagakar dono hatho se dono ghutno ko dabakar rakhte huye sharir ko sidha rakhe. Iske baad puri sans ko bahar nikalkar khali pat manspeshiyo ko dhila rakhte huye andar ki taraf khiche. Ab iske baad snatuo ko dhila rakhte huye day-bayi aur ghumaye. Aisa karne se pat mai kisi bhi prakar ki gandgi nahi rah jati hai.
Labh
Ise niyamit karne se garmi sambandhi rog, vayu vikar tatha sabhi prakar ke dard dur ho jate hai. Pat sambandhi rogo mai bhi yah labhkari hota hai. Yakrit, tilli aur pat se judi bimariyo se mukti milti hai.
Tratak Kriya
Tratak Kriya bhi karne mai aasan hai, ise aap aasani se ghar par bhi kar sakte hai.
