Week Mai 3 se 5 Kg Vajan Kam Karne Mai Madadgar GM Diet Plan

Vajan ghatane aur fit rehne ke liye aap kai tarike aajma chuke hai. Lekin abhi tak aapke haath koi kamyabi nahi lagi hai to inn tips ki madad jarur le aur 1 week mai 3 se 5 kilo vajan kam kare. Weight Loss Gm Diet Plan

1st Day:-

Nastha (8:30-9)- Ek Seb aur 2 glass pani
Mid Morning Meal (10:30-11)- Ek katrora papita aur 1-2 glass pani
Dopahar ka Bhojan (1-1:30)- Ek badi katori tarbooz ya kharbuz aur 1-2 glass pani
Chai ke Samay (4-4:30)- 1 santra ya nimbu ya chiku aur saath mai 1 glass pani
Sham ke Waqt (6-6:30)- 1 glass nariyal pani
Raat ke Khane Mai (8:30-9)- 1 apple aur 2 glass pani
Yaad rahe pehle din kewal phal hi khaye aur kela khane se bache.

2nd Day:-

Nastha (8:30-9)- 1 ubla aalu aur 1 se 2 glass pani
Mid Morning Meal (10:30-11)- Ek katrora bhar kacchi patta gobhi aur 2 glass pani
Dopahar ka Bhojan (1-1:30)- Ek tamatar, 1 kakdi ya khira, aadha ubla chukundar aur 1 se 2 glass pani
Chai ke Samay (4-4:30)- 2 tamatar aur 1 se 2 glass pani
Sham ke Waqt (6-6:30)- palak aur tamatar ka 1 glass juice
Raat ke Khane Mai (8:30-9)- ubli louki mai namak ya masala milakar le aur 2 glass pani piye

Yaad rahe dusre din kewal sabjiya hi khaye.

3rd Day:-

Nastha (8:30-9)- Ek Seb aur 2 glass pani
Mid Morning Meal (10:30-11)- Ek katrora papita aur 1-2 glass pani
Dopahar ka Bhojan (1-1:30)- Ek tamatar, 1 kakdi ya khira, aadha ubla chukundar aur 1 se 2 glass pani
Chai ke Samay (4-4:30)- 1 santra ya nimbu aur saath mai 1 glass pani
Sham ke Waqt (6-6:30)- 1 glass palak ya tamatar ka juice ya phir 1 chiku khaye
Raat ke Khane Mai (8:30-9)- ubli louki mai namak ya masala milakar le aur 2 glass pani piye

Yaad rahe ki tisre din keal phal aur sabjiya khaye.

4th Day:-

Nastha (8:30-9)- Aadha glass steamed milk aur 2 glass pani
Mid Morning Meal (10:30-11)- Ek kela aur 2 glass pani
Dopahar ka Bhojan (1-1:30)- Ek glass steamed milk bina shakkar ka aur 2 glass pani
Chai ke Samay (4-4:30)- 1 kela aur saath mai 1 glass pani
Sham ke Waqt (6-6:30)- 1 kela
Raat ke Khane Mai (8:30-9)- Aadha glass steamed milk bina shakkar ka

Yaad rahe ki chote din kewal bina shakkar ke steamed milk aur kela le.

5th Day:-

Nastha (8:30-9)- Ek katori brown rice, aur 1 se 2 glass pani
Mid Morning Meal (10:30-11)- 2 tamatar aur 2 glass pani
Dopahar ka Bhojan (1-1:30)- Ek katori brown rice tamatar gravy ke saath aur 2 glass pani
Chai ke Samay (4-4:30)- namak jira mile tamatar aur saath mai 2 glass pani
Sham ke Waqt (6-6:30)- 1 glass nimbu pani
Raat ke Khane Mai (8:30-9)- Brown rice

Yaad rahe ki pachve din kewal brown rice aur tamatar ki khaye.

6th Day:-

Nastha (8:30-9)- Ek katori brown rice, aur 1 se 2 glass pani
Mid Morning Meal (10:30-11)- 2 tamatar aur 2 glass pani
Dopahar ka Bhojan (1-1:30)- Ek katori brown rice anya sabjiyo ke saath aur 2 glass pani
Chai ke Samay (4-4:30)- Namak jira mile khire aur saath mai 2 glass pani
Sham ke Waqt (6-6:30)- 1 glass nimbu pani
Raat ke Khane Mai (8:30-9)- Ubla chukundar, khira, gajar, tamatar, patta gobhi ka salad

Yaad rahe ki chhate din kewal brown rice aur tamatar ke alawa sabjiya hi khaye.

7th Day:-

Nastha (8:30-9)- Ek katori brown rice, aur 1 se 2 glass pani
Mid Morning Meal (10:30-11)- 2 tamatar aur 2 glass pani
Dopahar ka Bhojan (1-1:30)- Ek katori brown rice tamatar gravy ke saath aur 2 glass pani
Chai ke Samay (4-4:30)- namak jira mile tamatar aur saath mai 2 glass pani
Sham ke Waqt (6-6:30)- 1 glass shikanji ya koi bhi juice
Raat ke Khane Mai (8:30-9)- Ubla chukundar, khira ya gajar

GM Diet Apnane se Pehle:-

Behtar hoga yadi aap GM diet apnane ke pehle apne doctor ki salah le le. Aap unn logo se bhi baat kar sakte hai, jinhone GM diet apnayi hai. Isse aapko iss diet ke bare mai kafi jaruri baate pata lag jaygi.
