  • Anulom Vilom Yoga ko Subah subah khuli hawa mai bethkar karna chahiye taki shuddh hawa aapke andar jaye.
  • Isko karne ke liye sabse pehle to saaf aasan ko bicha kar apni iccha anusaar padmanaasan, sukhasan, siddhasana kisi bhi dhyan mudra mai beth jaye.
  • Isse karne se pehle apne andar ki puri saans ko bahar ki taraf chhod de. Tatha apne andar koi saans baki na rakhe.
  • Shuruwat aur anta hamesha baye nathune se hi karna chahiye. Sabse pehle anguthe ki madad se naak ka daya chhidra band kare va baye se lambi gehri saans le. Ab anguthe ki bagal wali do ungaliyo se baye chhidra ko band karke daye wale se lambi saans chhode.
  • Ab wapis daye se lambi le aur baye wale se chhode. Aapko isi prakar kram rakhna hai. Iss prakriya ko 10 se 15 minute tak kare.
  • Iss tarah pura ek chran pura hota hai. Yaad rakhe naak ko band karte samay hatheli chehre ke samne nahi aana chahiye. Shwas bharte huye man hi man mai 5 bar ginti karna chahiye.
  • Shuru mai iss prakriya ko keval 3 minute tak kare. Tatha dheere dheere iska samay badate jaye. Pratidin kam se kam 15 minute tak pranayam ko karna chahiye. Isse jayda iss prakriya ko na kare.

Anulom vilom ko subah khali pet karna accha rehta hai. Jo log iss aasan ko niche bethkar nahi kar sakte hai wah kursi  par beth kar bhi ise kar sakte hai.
