Garadu Banane Ki Vidhi

  • Sabse pehle garadu ke chilke utar le aur fir use chote chote tukdo mai kat le.
  • Jab tak aap ise tukdo mai kat rahi hai tab tak kadhai mai tel garam karne ke liye rakh de.
  • Tel ke garam hone ke bad garadu ke tukde ko deep fry kare. Aapko garadu ko crispy brown hone tak talna hai.
  • Talne ke bad garadu ko ek paper par nikal le, isse extra oil paper mai chale jayega.
  • Ab garadu ko aap serve karne ke liye palte mai nikal le aur usme upar se nimbu ka ras, laal mirch, namak, jiralu masala dale aur acche se milale.
  • Aapke swadhist garadu taiyar hai. Aap chahe to iss par dhaniya bhi katkar dal sakte hai. Dhaniye se iska swad aur bhi jyada bad jata hai.
