  2. Garm sarso ke tel ko rojana moch par lagane se moch thik ho jati hai.
  3. Moch lagne par waha gud, chuna aur haldi lagakar malish karni chaiye. Aur kuch der ke liye aese hi lage rehne dena chahiye.
  4. Ek cotton pad ko arandi ke tel mai dubakar prabhavit hisse par rakhe. 1 ghante tak rakhe rehnde de. Din mai do bar aesa kare.
