Samgri:
- 250 gram shakarkand
- 200 gram pisi chini, 100 gram ghee

Vidhi:

- Jab chini ki chasni ban jaye tab kesar aur illachi milakar utar le. Kata pista badam burka karke serve kare.

Samagri:
- Shakarkand – 3 se 4
- Genhu ka aata – 3 katori
- Barik kati hari mirch – 3 se 4
- Sonf – 1 chammach
- Laalmirch – ½ chammach, barika kata hua dhaniya
- Swadanusar namak aur puri ko talne ke liye tel
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle shakarkand ko dhokar ek kukar mai ubalkar, shakarkand hone par unhe chhilkar kaddu kas kar le.
- Fir kaddukas kiye shakarkand mai genhu ka aata, hari mirch, sonf, laal mirch powder, kaddukas kiya adrak, hara dhaniya aur swad anusar namak acchi tarah milakar thoda thoda pani dalkar aata gundh le.
- Aata 10 se 15 minute ke liye rakh de.
- Ab guthe hue aate ki chhoti chhoti loiya banakar puri bel le.
- Ab ek kadhai mai tel garm kare aur puriyo ko garm tel mai acche se sek le.
- Jab puri kurkuri ho jaye to ek plate mai tissue paper lagakar puriyo ko tel se nikalkar plate mai serve kare.
