Yoga Asana For Thyroid Problem: Thik Kare Iss Samasya Ko

Yoga sharir ki granthiyo ko swasth aur metabolism ko majboot banata hai. Yoga ke kai sharirik aur mansik laabh hote hai jo sharir ke kai rogo ko dur kar dete hai. Yeh Hypo ya Hyperthyroidism ko kam karne mai bhi madadgar sabit hote hai.

Sarvangasana:-

Thyroid granthiyo ke liye sabse prabhavi asana sarvangasana hota hai, isme kandho ko uthana hota hai. Aisa karne ke powerful posture ke karan granthi par dabav padta hai. Thyroid sabse badi rakt apurtikarta granthi hai aur iss asana ko karne se rakt ke parisancharan mai sudhar hota hai.

Matsyasana:-

Sarvangasana ke alawa aap matsyasana bhi kar sakte hai isme aapko macchli ki tarah pose dena hota hai yani macchli ki tarah ban jaye. Iss asana ko karne se gale mai khichav padta hai aur thyroid granthi par dabav banta hai.

Bhujangasana:-

Bhujangasana se gardan par kafi khichav aata hai aur thyroid granthi par dabav padta hai. Yeh aapke liye bahut asardar sabit hoti hai.

Halasana:-

Matsyasana aur Sarvangasana karne ke baad Halasana karne se bhi thyroid granthi ke liye kiye jane wale asano ka ek package pura ho jata hai. Yeh 3 asana sabse pramukh hote hai. Iss asana mai aapko iss tarike se karna hota hai jese hal chala rahe ho. Aisa karne se aapki gardan par jor padta hai aur thyroid granthi par dabav padta hai.

Viprit Karni:-

Viprit ka arth hota hai ulta aur karni ka arth hota hai kiske dwara. Vipritkarni naam ka yeh asana thyroid granthi ke liye ramban hota hai aur isme sakaratmak sudhar la deta hai. Agar aap upar diye gaye 3 krambaddh asano ko karne mai saksham nahi hai to iss asana ko kare, isse aapko avashya laabh milega.

Ustrasana:-

Ustrasana ko karne ke bhi aapko laabh milta hai. Iss asana mai camel ki saman aapki gardan karna hota hai.

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Formation Pose):-

Yeh asana thyroid disorder ke liye sabse mahatvapurna asana mai se ek hai. Agar koi bhi iss asana ko sahi prakar se karna sikh le, to use thyroid ki samasya se aasani se chutkara mil sakta hai.

Sirsasana (Handstand Pose):-

Sirsasana, thyroid granthi ko manage karne ke liye sabse accha yogasana hota hai. Ise karne se metabolism function, santulit rehta hai aur sharir mai taazgi aur aletness rehti hai. Aisa hi nahi balki yeh anya rogo mai bhi laabhkari hota hai.

Dhanurasana (Bow Pose):-

Dhanush baan ki tarah se yeh pose diya jata hai jisse gale par khichav padta hai. Ise karne se hormones niyantran mai rehte hai saath hi gale mai tanav ke karan granthi par bhi dabav padta rehta hai.

Ujjayai Pranayam:-

Thyroid ki samasya hone par Ujjayai Pranayam sabse accha rehta hai. Isse sharir ko aaram milta hai saath hi gale sambandhi sabhi rogo mai rahat milti hai.

Upar aapne jane thyroid ki samasya ke douran yogasana ke aneko prakar. Jiski madad se aap iss pareshani ko aasani se thik kar sakte hai aur swasth reh sakte hai.
