Haldi 20 gram
Methidana 15 gram
Saunf 30 gram
Kalonji 10 gram
Hing 1 tablespoon
Laal Mirch Powder 50 gram
Sarso Ka Tel 250 ml

Aam Ka Achar Recipe: Jane Banane Ki Vidhi

Aam ka achar banane ke liye aapko kacche aam upyog mai lena hai jise ham keri kehte hai. Aapko ise chokor tukdo mai katna hai aur bije alag kar leni hai. Yadi aap ise ghar par katne mai mushkil mehsus kar rahe hai to aap jinse bhi keri kharidenge aap unse ise katwa lijiye. Lagbhag har bechne wale ise kat kar de dete hai.

Ab keri ke tukdo ko acche se dhokar usme 25 gram namak aur 10 gram haldi dal de. Mishran ko acchi tarah se hilaye taki wo acche se mix ho jaye. Fir ise raat bhar ke liye rakh de. Agli subah ise aap lagbhag 2 ghante ke liye duph mai sukha de. Sukhane ke liye ise ek kapde par faila de.

Ab ek bada bartan le. Aap chahe to aata guthne wali thali bhi le sakte hai. Usme kery ke tukdo ko rakhkar usme laal mirch powder, 100 gram namak, 10 gram haldi ko acchi tarah mila le.

Ek kadhai le aur usme 100 ml tel ko garam kar le. Fir usme methidana, kalonji, hing aadi ko bari bari se milaye. Fir mishran ko thanda hone ke liye chod de. Jab mishran thanda ho jayega to usme kery wala mishran acche se mila le.

Iss sare mishran ko ek tapeli mai acche se dhak kar rakh de. Agle din isme bacha hua 150 ml tel milaye. Fir achar ko kam se kam 10 se 12 dino tak dhup mai rakhe.
