Jane Moong Dal Bhajiya Ke Liye Aavshyak Samagri

  • Moong dal -1 cup
  • Hing – 1 chutki
  • Hari mirch – 3 se 4
  • Adrak – 1 inch tukda
  • Hara dhaniya – ½ katori kata hua
  • Lal mirch – ¼ chhoti chammach
  • Dhaniya powder – 1 chhoti chammach
  • Namak – swadanusaar
  • Tel – Pakore talne ke liye

 

Jane Moong Dal Bhajiya Banane Ki Vidhi

  1. Moong Daal Pakoda banane ke liye sabse pehle dal ko saaf pani se dho le aur use 4 se 5 ghante ke liye bhigo ke rakh de.
  2. Yadi dal chhilke wali hai to dal ko hatho se masal kar chile ko hata le aur pani mai se chilke ko nikal de.
  3. Yadi dal bina chilke wali hai to bhigi hui dal mai se sidhe pani nikal le.
  4. Ab moong dal ko mixer mai dardari pees le, dhyan rakhe dal na jyada moti hui ho na hi jyada baarik pisi hui ho. Kyonki dardari daal ke pakore jyada swadisht bante hai.
  5. Ab iss dal ko bade bartan mai nikale aur dal ko acchi tarah se fat le.
  6. Iss dal mai sare masalo ko dal de aur mishran ko ek bar fir aache se fat le, pakore banane ke liye mishran puri tarah se taiyar hai.
  7. Iske bad ek kadhai le aur usme tel dalkar garam karne ke liye gas par rakhe.
  8. Jab tel acche se garam ho jaye to mishran mai se ek ek chhoti chammach mishran lekar tel mai dalte jaye.
  9. Ek bar mai aap 8 se 10 bhajiye kadai mai talne ke liye dal de.
  10. Jab mangode bhure rang ke dikhai dene lag jaye to unhe palte aur dusre tarah bhi halke bhure hone tak tale.

  • Hara dhaniya – 2 cup kata hua dhaniya
  • Pudina – 1 cup kata hua
  • Adrak – 1 inch tukda
  • Hari mirch – 3 se 4
  • Nimbu ka ras – ½ chhoti chammach
  • Chini – ½ chhoti chammmach
  • Namak – swadanusar

 

Jane Hari Chatni Banane Ki Vidhi

  1. Chatni banane ke liye sabse pehle dhaniya aur pudiya ko saaf pani se dho le.
  2. Ab adrak ko chhil Kar saaf kar le.
  3. Iske bad hara dhaniya, pudina, adrak, hari mirch, namak, nimbu ka ras, sabhi ko ek sath mixer mai dalkar pees le.
  4. Pisi hui chatni ko ek plate mai nikal le aur pakode ke sath serve kare.
  5. Aap pakore ko hari chatni ke sath ya tomato sauce ke sath serve kare aur aapke ghar ke baccho, mehmano ko khilaye tatha aap bhi inn swadisht pakode ka luft uthaye.
