  • Dudh – 1 liter (Full cream)
  • Chini – 75 se 100 gm

  • Kaju – 1 Chhoti chammach

  • Pista – 7 se 8
  • Elaichi – 4
  • Kesar – 8 se 10 Dhage

 

Jane Sabudana Kheer Banane Ki Vidhi

  1. Sabudana Ki Kheer banane ke liye sabse pehle sabudane ko ek katore mai le aur isme pani dale tatha pani ko nikal le. Dhyan rakhe katore mai thoda sa pani rakhe aur ise dhak kar karib 4 ghante ke bhigo kar rakh de.
  2. Jab sabudane acche se bhig jaye to ek bahari tale wala bartan le aur usme dudh ko dalkar garam kare. Jab dudh mai ubal aane lage to usme bhigoye huye sabudane ko dal de.
  3. Ab Dudh ko chammach ki sahayata se chalaye aur kheer ko pakaye. Chammach ko tab tak chalaye jab tak dudh mai fir se ubal na aa jaye.
  4. Jab dudh mai ubal aa jaye to gas ki aanch ko dheema kar de aur har 2 se 3 minute bad kheer ko chammach se chalaye.
  5. Iske bad ek katori mai thoda sa dudh le aur usme kesar ke dhage dalkar bhigone ke liye rakh de. Jab kesar dudh mai gal jaye to chhoti chammach ki sahayta se mix kar le aur iss dudh ko kheer mai dal de.
  6. Jab kheer thodi gaadi hote dikhai de to usme kate huye kaju, badam, kishmish sabhi sukhe meve ko kheer mai dal de. Ab kheer mai piste ke chhote chhote kate huye tukdo ko dale aur ise sajaye.
  7. Jab sabudana naram hokar dudh ko sokh le aur kheer acchi gadi dikhne lage, tab kheer mai chini dal de. Ab fir se kheer ko 2 se 3 minute tak chalaye.
